      Never in a million years would I have imagined giving a moving company five stars on BBB because I had never thought of ever finding a Great moving company. I've had many bad experiences and heard horror stories about moving into this busy city. To say I was skeptical about the moving industry is putting it lightly. However, Great Moving is one of the good ones, and they deserve their high marks on BBB! We have moved house many times, and our experience with Great Moving from ************* to ************* was by far the best move we have ever had.It was our most significant move ever, and we were very stressed about it. Any time you move, you must anticipate some damage...a few things will break or get scratched, which is unavoidable. But surprisingly true, they did a great job; nothing damaged or broken!On moving day, they came on time, It was a tremendous job, and these guys worked hard. It was clear that that truck full of everything we owned was treated with great care from start to finish...as if the moving professionals were moving their stuff. In previous moves, we've had most of our furniture scratched or dented but NOT with Great Moving. Everything arrived in pristine condition - not a single scratch on any piece of furniture - we couldn't believe it! These guys wrap everything meticulously with thick blankets, use the appropriate amount of packing material, and pack your belongings carefully into that truck. They do not take shortcuts; they do not use cheap materials to cut costs - Great Moving cares about the outcome and values customer satisfaction above all.Upon arrival in NC, the crew who unpacked our stuff was efficient, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Great Moving for any of your moving needs. They will give you a fair price, and you can trust them. You will feel as if you're being moved by a friend or family member who owns one of the city's leading skilled moving companies!

      Moving is stressful, but the Great Moving team made everything so easy. Once the day came, Dmitry and his team communicated as they arrived and parked. The move itself was efficient and done with great care. Nothing scratched, nothing broken. Dmitry was so friendly and caring. They had a positive attitude despite one of the buildings being a ****** (2 flights). t was a fantastic experience all around. The sales team was excellent! their estimate was very accurate! It was a relief that what we expected was precisely what it would be. I'm a very happy customer!Thank you, Dmitry, ********************** Job!
