I paid for this warranty for 6 years 2020-2026. I will not be receiving any services that I paid for and was not notified of the business closing. I am not out $1750.00.Review from Ana O

I purchased two polices for my two properties. I opened a claim for my AC and they dined. They requested maintenance proof for every 6 months. All documents have been submitted and so far no result yet. I had to fixed my AC by other company and sent the invoice to them. Called several and no one picks up the phone or phone is disconnected. Finally one time spoke to guy who seems the only person in that company, promised that someone will call me back. No one did. Emailed several time no answer. Looks like thy are spam. do not buy and do not pay anything to them.Review from Coromoto M

I feel scammed, I bought this insurance and they did not solve the problem for me, my claim was denied with no excuse. I now try to suspend the policy and there is no way to contact them, the numbers do not exist and the emails do not work. I want my money backReview from Johnny B.

I have been trying to get in contact with anyone that works at this company. All the contact information is unresponsive. Meaning no phone numbers answers, no email answered or returned and the information about what is covered is nonexistent. The mullion dollar question is is this a scam and what can the BBB do for the people that has been scammed?Review from Jian L

This company definitely knows how to hook, bait and then bail on us. I was definitely led down the rabbit hole and even tho hundreds of calls to the claim department for a refund, BBB , NY State Attorney, etc, I never received the promised Refund for NON-SERVICE. Since April the phone numbers stopped working! Be aware this company has scam fraud name it what you want but don't sign up. They offer you the full year at a discount and that's how they get you. They have no contracts with vendors so you are forced to take care of the repair with the promise of a refund which never comes. Be aware. ***********Review from nance m

Total scam! I paid, 6 months later filed a claim. It took multiple phone calls, there was no follow through, I had to keep contacting them. They gave me unrealistic hoops to jump through (like documenting three years of previous service to the appliance, etc.). I completed all of their requests, only to be told that they doubted the authenticity of my claim and that they suspected I was lying (yikes!). They then sent me a form to fill out to get a $100 refund. The form was a "gag order". where they said I could not place a negative review on any social platform or with BBB. The $100 was never sent and they now are completely missing from phone calling or email.Review from Viola E

Do not purchase a warranty with this company if contacted. I don't know who they are and if they are actually in business. I attempted to contact them and all numbers are disconnected. I truly believe that this company is a scam!Review from Marrilyne D

Is this a SCAM? I got calls from them and saying they would give us a discount rate if we pay 5 yrs and 1 free yrs for $1750, but right after I gave them my credit card, the very next day, someone stole my credit card to rent **** and I have to report lost stolen card. I called the company and let them know I have to cancel the card and ask them to send me the signed contract and will pay them by check They never sent us the contract in the mail as requested nor we never signed contract with them and now they are threatening us saying that we are behind in payments and would put us in collection. Is this legit? what can we do here. any advise please? Anyone experience this as in my case? Customer phone line can never get through, how can we get help? Is there any signed contracts we have from the company or only agreement they send in email and ask us to pay them by credit cards?
