  Worst company to deal with - listen to their representative talked to the service technician, if , I worked over 52 years and had thousands of employees, if one of them talked to a service contractor or anyone like Elite’s representative did I would fire them on the spot-you do not treat another person like that.
  I canceled my warranty with Elite at once.

  Customer recently signed up, his account is new. Coverage started on January 20th, 2023. Customer submitted a claim on February 7 for a leak in the ceiling. Technician arrived to the property within 24 hours and performed the diagnosis. Customer gave the technician permission to cut open the ceiling without any prior authorization. The leak was determined to be caused by water splashed outside of the bathtub, no plumbing issues were identified. Management reached the tech asking why and who instructed him to open the ceiling and he replied the customer authorized the work to be completed without our consent or approval. We later recommended that technicians obtain authorization before performing additional actions for future reference, customer jumped on the call and requested to cancel the account. Account was cancelled, copay was refunded and a full refund was issued instantly. The call with the technician was handled properly, our claim concierge treated the situation with the utmost care. The call was reviewed multiple times by management and no negligence was found. Management later tried reaching out to customer to offer additional support but he rejected. We treat every home like it is ours and we have a process in place to ensure quality service and the best service experience.

  First time with this warranty and I'm extremely impressed. Broken refrigerator note in perfect working order. Customer service is top notch. Zach is professional and goes above and beyond. I have noting but good things to say.

  Recently left a previous home warranty company and chose Elite. Furnace went out, ***** with Elite took my call, very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Service tech told us it would be 2/3 months out for part. ***** with Elite called around and got part within a few days. ELITE SERVICE went above and beyond expectations with service and getting things taken care of. Our furnace is back up and running. Thank You Elite!

  I’m late posting this, but we received very good service from **** on 12/28/2022 when we returned from vacation. ******* experienced below freezing temperatures while we were away. We left our water dripping, but they froze anyway in our master bathroom. It flooded our entire home. I reached **** when I contacted our warranty with Elite. He was very caring and patient. He stuck with us until he got a plumber to us THAT night! He even tried to get us the plumber if our choice. He called us as the plumber arrived and afterwards. We’ve never had a warranty company do that. The plumber was very good and had lots of knowledge. We really appreciate the time **** gave us. I definitely recommend Elite Home Warranty and they have the lowest deductible.

  Elite Home Warranty (EHW) gets the job done, every time. Over the past several months my boiler (heater) has been on the fritz with one thing or another and Elite Home Warranty has helped me through every step. I've submitted a handful of claims just for my boiler and figured I'd be hassled for submitting so many for the same unit but EHW staff calmly, professionally, and thoroughly took my calls and guided me to a solution every time. The technicians that were sent out have always been knowledgeable and professionals in their field. Every issue was resolved quickly. I'd recommend Elite Home Warranty to anyone looking for peace of mind and a home warranty company that truly cares about taking care of your home. Thanks Elite Home Warranty team!

  My property manager told me that one of my property had a plumbing issue. ****** was able to file a claim immediately. To my surprise, I didn’t expect they would be able to get a very qualified plumber in a very short period of time (within 2 hours), they even followed up with a call to let me know what was going while the plumber was still there and got them fixed all clogged water pipes. My property manager and tenant were very impressed how responsive Elite was. I had tried other home warranty in the past, it would normally take 2 to 3 days, the approval process was very seamless and efficient. I am very happy with Elite home warranty service so far.

  I have only been with Elite since November, 2022. I called for service because my furnace was not blowing out warm heat. They sent a professional in about 45 minutes after my call, and he assed the problem and replaced the part in about 20 minutes. Which is something my old home warranty could have never done. I am completely satisfied with the service. But because I have not been with them for ****************************************************************************** to pay the cost over time! I hope any future service calls I make goes just as smooth.
