      Elite Home Warranty has plundered money from so many customers. I incurred a loss of $1500 for a 3-year home warranty. After 16-months since I purchased, I needed a service of my refrigerator. Alas! I found no phone number is working, no email is responded. They fled with the money. Isn't there a way to grab these criminals by their necks and bring to the justice if the remnants of it still exists? How can the govt consumer office help in this regard? I want them pay everybody every single dollar that the Elite criminals owe to the customers.

      I have a paid in full 2 year contract t with Elite Home Warranty. Ive tried all the phone numbers I have and found, and sent an email to their address. All numbers say call cant be completed, try later!, and the email address hasnt respond. I would not Recomend this ******* Monegab

      We have a newly built home. We were researching home warranty companies and our neighbors have Elite Home Warranty, they have had them for years and they stated they are a great home warranty company. We decided to go with Elite, due to the personal recommendation. We signed up on 9/22/2025. I noticed on 10/22/25 that they had not taken our monthly payment out (via ACH), so I tried to call the two numbers I had for them. I get a recording saying "sorry, phone number not found." I tried emailing a few times, no response. I don't know how they went from great (according to our neighbors) to ghosting their customers. Extremely disappointing. I'll have to request a chargeback from my bank, since I paid for a service contract they never intended on honoring.

      We called in a claim 2 months ago for our ******** and water dispenser. Company came out, we paid $70 and they said we need new ********. New ******** was installed 2 weeks later (we had to pay another $61) and still not working. Second ******** installed and still not working. Another company was sent (We paid another $70) and they said a part was needed. The cost would be an additional $155. Still not working after that part was installed. The 2nd company called a few days later to see gow ******** was working and it wasn't. He said the first company disconnected the water and did not turn it back on. I asked why he did not do so when he came. He said all companies have their own procedures, stating Elite made a mistake by not continuing with the first company. He came back out and said another part was needed. My husband called Elite last week and was told someone would call him this past Monday, 2 days ago. We still have no ******** or running water spout in fridge and can't seem to get through to Elite. We would appreciate a call back regarding repair of the ******** and also to discuss termination of the 40-month contract we pre-paid for.

      I have a policy with them and cant reach them by any phone number and I dont get responses to the multiple emails I am sending . Did they just go under and not communicate that to their customers ?

      The company has disappeared. I am 2 years into a paid-in-full, 5-year plan. They do not answer the phone, return calls or emails. I'm filing a case with the Kentucky State Attorney.

      On 9/22/25, I got text from ***** of Elite, that *** would repair washing machine on 9/24, and call me beforehand. On 9/26, I emailed their hello reference, when they could repair,, and that I was available 9/26 & 9/27. No response. I missed getting text until 9/29, and asked ***** to text me again. On 10/10 I emailed no reply, and no reply. On 10/13 I emailed Elite that it was taking way too long, and let me know what's going on, and what my agreement # is, and when they could schedule repair, to their service @ elite email. I have not been able to call due to technical difficulties. On 10/24, I emailed waiting more than one month. On 10/25 I texted *****, still waiting. paying $30 for each trip to laundromat. I have already paid $69.99 for the service call, and need to be refunded, if they will not repair. They have not done their periodic withdrawl of $59.99, this month, on about 10/22, as they normally have.

      These service from these folks is unacceptable! They sell you their warranty and then don't pick up their phones or respond to emails when we have a need.I am still waiting for someone to respond to my warranty cancellation request!

      I purchase home warranty for 2 properties. I have file claims, Elite would not cover the claim for a refrigerator, repair person said the refrigerator should be replaced. The refrigerator Is a **. I had the fridge for approx 9 years. I also called Elite in ref to wall oven, the top oven had stop working, bottom oven still worked. They stated I would get a $400.00. provided the information so funds could be placed into my banking account, Monies has not hit fit account as of today.. I was told this back in Aug, 2025. I found out they consider Wall over and cook top as 1 unit not 2 separate items. I have been calling and email for over a month, NO response from them. I had auto payment.. I would NOT recommend using Elite Home Warranty co. System force me to give a 1. My rating is 0

      I have the same issue as everyone below. I've tried to call and file a claim, received automated message to email them. I have emailed several times and left several messages with no contact back. I will be contacting my credit card company if I don't hear back in 2 days. I have 2 home warranties with Elite. I guess they are out of business??
