    I HAD PURCHASED A SUMMIT ELECTRIC STOVETOP FROM AMAZON LESS THAN A YEAR AGO .3 OF THE BURNERS STOPPED WORKING .I FOUND THE ***** NUMBER AND TALKED TO ******** SHE WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND TOLD ME WHAT TO DO .IN ONLY 2 WEEKS I HAD ANEW STOVE TOP .THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE ***********************

    Bought a refrigerator in June of 2019. In 2 years it stopped cooling. I lost $1000 in food. I was told it was the compressor. They sent me a new one but now it is apparently the main panel not under warranty. After $800 in repair costs I still have no refrigerator. A loss of $2600. Cheaply made and no one wants to work on butane compressors. Beware of Summit.

    *************************** has been my contact person throughout my warranty/replacement issue. I was a first time buyer of a Summit built-in oven. I had problems with delivery and when it was finally installed it worked for 6 months. **** guided me via phone calls and email. However, thanks to **** now have a new replacement oven. When the appliance repair man was having difficulty, **** put him in contact with her technical/service guy. New door brackets sent did not repair the unit. I am giving **** 5 stars. I am giving Summit 3 stars. I was disappointed that the unit was backordered for almost 2 months and the company policy of not even trying to upgrade to another unit because warrantied unit was out of stock. Furthermore Summit did not pay for the installation of new oven and the removal of the warrantied oven.

    Just wanted to commend ***** *. a customer service rep from Summit Appliance. We had an issue with our beverage cooler and she went above and beyond to obtain a resolution for us....she was the best and I hope she will be acknowledged for her ability to resolve such issues. She should be considered a valued employee!

    I had purchased an under counter fridge a few years ago. Last week I noticed the temperature was up to 80 degrees. The fridge is so new I called the company. My experience was terrible, they were rude. The manager actually told me that theres no way a coolant line could just break and leak coolant into the air unless I did it by moving the appliance. The appliance has not been moved since ive owned it. I asked what I am to do about the fridge and they just told me sounds like I have a big problem. I would not buy another summit appliance or recommend anyone else to due to my experience and its terribly short life.
