  We use Healthstreet for all of our pre-employment screening as well as *** screenings, random drug and alcohol screenings. ***** is always a pleasure to work with and has always helped me out whenever needed. I am glad we have found such a great company and a GREAT customer service contact to help make our on-boarding process and random selections so much easier!!

  Never again with Health Street. They take 5 days to even receive them at the lab, and another 2 days for results. When asked, the customer service is rude and told me directly not to use Health Street if I am not happy. Been doing atleast about ***** tests a month including random drug tests. Go somewhere else or you can use med-stop that has way better service than health street.

  We have recently used Health Street for background checks and drug screenings, and the service has been a smooth process. ************** is always on top of things and quick to get our needs met. I highly recommend Health Street!

  We use Health Street for all our new hire testing. I deal with ******************************* and he is the best. One call, he remembers my name and company info and is always pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. The Health Street reports themselves are just fine also.

  I have used Health Street for new hires, random, and Annual testing for the past 7 years. No issues, and the cost has been favorable. The process has been simple : I send them an email with names, they get me documentation. I'm emailed when the employee enters the lab, begins testing, and finishes, and results are emailed to me when completed. When we had some unexpected positive results, Health Street was able to assist with details on when to retest, etc, to assure the results were correct. In the past 7 years, I've not had delays more than a day with correspondence. Overall, very happy with this service.

  Please do not go to this location! **************** has a horrible attitude and people skills. They are misleading people. Ive waited over 3 weeks for DNA results only to get an email back from ********************************* saying the ** presented at the time was not allowed. Im disturbed by the fact that this company has all of my and my fathers personal data, only to cancel the order we trusted them with.I honestly plan on pursuing legal action against their unethical practices.
