      Weve been experiencing water leaks in the lower level (below ground) of our condo for years. Weve invited numerous and varied contractors- and differing solutions were offered, but nothing that really seemed to address the specific issues we were having. When **** from Zavza Seal came, he came up with a plan completely different from any of the other people, and explained in detail why this solution was the best fit for our particular problem. His solution was less destructive to our home (and our neighbors yard) than any of the other recommendations we received; and more importantly, it made sense given the evidence we had observed about how the water was entering our home. Our experience with Zavza Seal couldnt have been better. **** knows what he is doing and he cares that the homeowner is happy with the work he and his team do. Every member of his team was respectful and hard working. Communication was never an issue, as both **** and the Op Manager, Dice were in near constant communication, making it feel like we were being lead through an unfamiliar process, by experienced professionals. Half-way through the job we hit a snag in negotiations for work to be done via access to our greedy neighbors property. Zavza Seal didnt miss a beat. They came up with an alternate plan to complete the job. When our ********* members were thrown a bit by the switch, **** came out on a Saturday to meet them and explain the new plan and answer their questions, so that work could continue as originally scheduled the following week. Though we were more than ready to solve our water problems, we were not looking forward to the disruption of the required work in our home. Zavza Seal made the process about as painless as possible from start to finish. I should clarify that as of the time of writing this review, we havent yet had the weather that will show us the work has solved our water leak problems. I will endeavor to update when I know more.

      I hired Zavza Seal to waterproof my basement and they did an exceptional job! The team was professional, thorough and went the extra mile to ensure everything was done perfectly. Im happy with their work and highly recommend them to anyone!

      This was the second time I hired zavza seal. This time I needed help with attic insulation for my parents house.Starting with setting up the free appointment, ending with the crew and quality of the work - they deliver a great experience and I highly recommend them for anything waterproofing, insulation, concrete and foundation fixes.If you are looking for a contractor and dont know who is trustworthy and professional, go with Zavzaseal, you ll be in a very good hands.

      Recently Zavza Seal was enlisted to work on my basement (water) issue. I was very impressed by ******** and his crew and their attention to detail. They all worked very hard and got the job done on time. I am very happy with the results and will highly recommend Zavza to others in the future.
