      Road Runner was very professional and informative about the delivery of my sons car from ** to ** the entire way from beginning to end. Since they have an estimated window to pickup vehicles, they were a day past our flight out but was able to accommodate us by working with a family member that stayed behind. Not only did they keep me informed with updates on when they would be at the delivery location, they even arrived two days earlier than expected which worked out beautifully for us. Another plus is that the rep took the time to explain to me in detail why there was a slight price increase and how the shipping industry worked. I was satisfied with the information and having all of my questions answered. I recommend the company for anyone looking to ship their vehicle from state to state.

      No communication at all. I booked for my car to be shipped from ** to ** ONE MONTH in advance and the whole time not even one phone call from anyone at RoadRunner Auto Transport. Completely unprofessional. I called so many times and only two times received a call back. Each time it was a different story. I should have noticed the red flags. The final phone call I made today I couldnt believe the shipping coordinator actually picked up his phone. The first time ever. He was unprofessional and didnt want to be bothered.I explained that we booked one month out to ensure a truck driver would be available, and now three days before the scheduled pick up date he says he was going to call me back with an update. He sounded as if I were bothering him when clearly they are the ones that dont know how to communicate as nobody in the one month we were waiting had called us about anything. Some lady called back a couple hours later saying she got a message to call me back about questions I had. This says to me that ****** really didnt want to be bothered and had someone else call me to say that they had no driver yet to pick up my car. So I just cancelled. Typical broker company. All the stories to try to keep you to hold on but they dont deliver and tell you lies in the process.Now as Im getting ready to move out of State, I have to make new plans as RoadRunner Auto Transport failed us. For proof that I was an actual customer and this is not a fake review, my reservation number was R744079. I already cancelled this evening. If you choose to use this company, please be aware that this could happen to you also and have a back up plan to save yourself a lot of trouble when this company fails you too.

      Got my car expecting 3 to 4 business days from OKC to **. Scheduled Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup off a whim. Wednesday afternoon car in transit, Thursday before noon had keys and car, vrrrm vrrrm.
