      I can only give them 5 stares but they deserve 10. What an excellent company and kept me informed all during the trip. ****** was an excellent driver and a wonderful person. I highly recommend Road Runner for anybody wanting to move there car.

      Updates were sent via email and professional service. Ensured that all requirements were up to date and called when needed for reminders. It took 19 days from Hawaii to ********* from port to home. Highly recommended for car shopping. Read the fine print and recommended to purchase insurance just in case something happens to the car.

      Excellent service. I was kept up to date on delivery date and time. Driver was right on time with delivery and careful unloading the car.

      Overall experience was good. The only blemish was for pick up I was told it would be in the afternoon and I had to keep texting for ETA. He didn't show up until 9:15 PM. Then at delivery, they texted the wrong number for arrival so recipient had to rush to pick up the car. The car was picked up on same day and delivered as promised 5 days later in **. Overall very satisfied!

      The vehicle was picked up on time, but the thing that was so cool was the driver, *******. Really thorough, understood and settled any concerns I had (I was shipping the car to my son) and he is a car guy. We talked about the car, the attachments I had to the car (a car guy thing), and when he left, I knew it was going to be okay.When he delivered the car to my son, they sort of "clicked". My son, who is going to be going into school for his CDL, got a lot of good information from *******, plus, ******* and my son's wife are both from the same area in eastern ******. They had a good conversation, and my son was impressed with who ******* was.The car made it in good condition and in a reasonable time, but the best part of this whole transaction was meeting *******.
