    Dear Sir or Madam.

My name is ***************************, President of JNH Masonry Inc. Please know there are two patios at issue, one is a new patio which i installed and the second is an old patio.

My company installed the new patio at a cost to the homeowner of $6,500 including other work that i did at that moment, which he was happy with and paid.

Afterwards the homeowner called me to do a repair to his old patio, and to power wash both patios. I informed the homeowner that i would repair the old patio and power wash only the old patio and not the new patio.

I recommended he not power wash the new patio because it could get damaged.

I then instructed my worker ********************* to make the repair on the old patio and power wash only the old patio. When ********************* finished, the homeowner then instructed *********************, despite my warning to the homeowner, to power was the new patio. ********************* then complied with the homeowners instructions.

Shortly there after the homeowner complained about color damaged to the new patio.

I then contacted ***** of Cambridge stone company and met with both ***** and the homeowner at his property. ***** stated the color in the face mix goes down 3/8 of an inch, the power washing had distorted the color on the surface but it was not defective stone therefore not the responsibility of Cambridge.

The homeowner became very irate and cursed at me. He also sent texts cursing and belittling me. As of this date, the homeowner still has not paid me the $1,500 he owes me for the repair to the old patio and the power washing he requested.

The homeowners complaint is with out merit. the lack of color to the new stone patio was caused solely by the homeowner insistence that ********************* power wash the new patio, despite my advisement to the homeowner not to power wash the new patio. The color damage to the new patio is solely the fault and responsibility of the homeowner.

also, as you can read in the complaint, the home owner now chooses to deny responsibility, and instead to blame both me, my company, and even ***** of the ***************** by calling as both useless. At this point, I reserve my right to seek damage and payment for the amount owed of $1,500.

Should you have any further questions or concerns, you may contact me directly.

    Thank you

***************************, President of JNH Masonry Inc.
