    '*****' the service manager is absolutely full of himself and loves to show it. Had a routine oil change done in their service department as per the warranty they sold me with the vehicle I had purchased and mentioned the wipers were stuck on, and the technician that had worked on it didn't even open the fuse box. I had removed the fuse as the wipers themselves work, they are stuck in the on position, and upon receiving the invoice it states 'WINDSHEILD WIPER STALK IS BROKEN WHEN CUSTOMER ARRIVED. THIS VEHICLE HAS NO WORKING WIPERS AND IS VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE AT THIS POINT, NEEDS ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY." The fuse is still removed at this point, with prove they never even opened the fuse box to notice it was missing, and in the center console of the vehicle. They handed me the invoice, and then expected me to pay and drive the vehicle in the rain, as it was raining, according to their 'diagnostics' the windshield wiper stalk was broken and the wipers were completely non-functioning. After becoming aggravated with the brash ignorance of the entire interaction with the Pellegrino Auto Sales *************** Had no issues with ******. After stating these issues to the person at the desk handling the checkout, she had disappeared into the back and was trying to get some more information. Upon this happening a very drunk manager? proceeded to come in and stray off topic several times, getting very aggressive and slurring her words. I wish I got a name for her as she was completely out of her mind. I could smell the alcohol on her plain as day. At some point the police were called as i was asked to leave before even paying the bill, as I was afraid that i could be charged with leaving without paying, and glad I didn't leave. The officers allowed me to pay for the oil change, and then advised me that I could no longer be on the premises. Caught not doing a thorough inspection, they responded with instant retaliation.

    *****,I'm sorry things got out of hand the way they did. I wish I was here to deal with you personally. Unfortunately, you were insulting everyone and everything in your way. You had no right to disrespect my service manager, clerk and office mangager. To insinuate my office manager of 20 years was drunk on the job is absolutely ridiculous. The police were called because you would not leave the premises after you could not control yourself. For this reason, you are no longer welcome in my store. I wish you the best of luck in the future. Your warranty will be in force and excepted anywhere but here. Regards,Guy Pellegrino

    I bought a used car and it was nothing but problems. I had it in 8 times in 8 months.
