    I hired Big Apple Renovators to fix leaks in my house. The partners of the company, ***** and ***, started the project roughly around April of 2022. The issue of the leaks is still present. I am filing a complaint because firstly, the problem of the leaks have not been resolved after two years. Secondly, the partners ***** and *** are no longer answering texts or calls, nor are they making any effort to work on the project. During the course of two years, I have given them a lot of money in cash and without receipts or proof. I have tried to contact them multiple times to have them work on the house or just to be kept in the loop of future plans, but they very rarely answer me and when they do they just delay any work and give ambiguous answers for future plans. I feel I have wasted money for a project with no ending in sight, and these partners have charged me for a lot over the years and are gradually abandoning this project without finishing it up.

    Spoke with the customer directly and verified with her the source of leak, and confirmed it was not coming from any work we did. It had to do the the neighboring roofs
