    I hired Scott K***** the owner of Complete Painting and Repair.
    The work was terrible. He threatened to walk off the job if I didn’t pay him. We had a plan 1/2 at beginning and then 1/4 at middle and balance at the end. He wanted 2nd payment 5 days after first all he did was the demolition. We had no choice but to pay him. We lived 4 hours away so couldn’t keep checking the work.
    When we finally were able to move in. He told us it would take 3 weeks it was 3 MONTHS. The house was a disaster. There was spakle/mud all over everything walls, floor, air conditioner. The walls cracked he blamed it on water damage. Every window!!! The floor cracked right away. He left something under the floor and it pushed threw. The shower leaked under the subfloor. He took no responsibility for any of the problems.
    He was so rude. Worse experience with a contractor. I wouldn’t use him again if he was the only contractor left in the county.
