1 starJust received a telemarketing call from them. Sounded crazy shady and was VERY demanding wanting to speak with the owner because our "business's title tag is out of date and not in compliance". It took several times of asking what does he means by our business's title tag, which at first he wasn't going to tell me because he kept asking for the owner, though eventually started talking about our website. I then told them to add us to their do not call list.

5 starsWe have worked on several projects with Mainstreethost and have always been extremely satisfied with their services. In the past two years, I personally have worked with four Mainstreet Host creators and each one has shown mastery in their field, executed our vision well, and been prompt in addressing questions.
I highly recommend their services and cannot say enough about their professionalism.

1 starThe company is ripping people off. I paid for SEO and did not receive any reports in a year. I was told I'm ranking with no proof. I enlisted another company and they showed me that I was not. They are absolutely taking advantage. They sold me and left me out to dry. No real onboarding besides videos after my site went live only for me to screw things up or have to pay someone to fix my mistakes. They led me along and then told me they would only help after I took down my first review. Armiko, Kelly, Yasmin, and the rest are full of BS. I switched to a different hosting company and requested that my email address remain for a few days until my new hosting company can redirect emails and they shut it down so I don't have access to any of my business emails. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and I will be spreading the word. I requested a refund and was led to believe they were here to help me but NO. I want a refundMainstreethost

5 starsMainstreet Host redid the website I previously had through another company, and I'm thrilled with the result! It's beautifully reflective of my Wedding Officiant Service, and I'm receiving great compliments. There all kinds of updates, including for SEO.
Mainstreet Host offers pay plans. My experience with them is that they take time with me, are very responsive, provide thorough explanations, and fill my requests in a timely manner.

1 starThese people will tell you lies to make you feel like it is not their fault that they are not doing their job....was supposed to run ****** Ads...was told by Mainstreethost that the ****** Ads are running....found out that I do not have any Ads running, and 2 other companies are running Ads in my place....******** ads didn't start showing up until I confronted them 2 times...do not spend money with this company.
