      Your zen isn't working. I followed all of your procedures for requesting a replacement of the shirt I ordered, including sending you two photos. I'm now following up for the third time on my request to have the wrong size XL shirt you sent me replaced with a Large size. Let's get this done now!

      I purchased an X-Large sweatshirt for my son for christmas on December 1, 2022. When we received it, it was very small for an X-Large. I contacted customer service online twice for an exchange for a larger size, which it stated we could do online, but I never received a response. Meanwhile, the 30 day timeframe has passed. I am not happy that they are not fulfilling what they said they’d do on their website.

      I ordered a sweatshirt and the picture that was printed on it was awful quality. It’s supposed to be a character from a TV show, but you can’t tell who it is or what it is, it’s a blur. I contacted customer support 2.5 weeks ago via contact form online asking for a refund. They sent a confirmation email that it was received, and then a few days later they contacted me saying they forwarded to the production team. I have since emailed twice and gotten no response. There is no phone number online to contact anyone. I can’t give this shirt as a gift or wear it since it is terrible quality so I need a refund (see attached for picture).

      I placed an order on 11/29/22. It posted to my credit card on 11/30/22. I never received an email confirmation. I requested one but my email is not in your records. All inquiry avenues are exhausted. I have included you the clip from my credit card bill as well as a picture of the item I ordered. HELP please. I would like either a confirmation number showing this order is being shipped or I want it credited back to my card ending in ##47.
