      We moved out of a home after only one year when our lease was up after getting notice to vacate. We paid $6000.00 for deposit.
      I expected to get at least some of that back.
      I was informed via email that not only will we not be getting any of that back, we will have to pay an additional $2016.00 for rent after we moved out and turned in the keys. For “days to bring rental back to rentable condition”
      I have video of the home right before turning in the keys. Proof that we left it in great condition.
      They are now threatening me with lawyers if I don’t take my post down

      *********************** - Dickson Realty ***************** (******, **) Rental: **** Achilles ****, **.As a tenant this was probably the worst people we've ever dealt with. Be prepared to pay for all utilities, not just energy/water. Be prepared to bring landscaping tools with you as they're not provided yet you have to maintain the property. Be prepared to videotape and take lots of photos of inside and out of the property; yet that did no good with getting back our security deposit. Write down EVERYTHING on the Move-in sheet, even if you think it's minor. You would think they would have a working dishwasher/garbage disposal/stove fan/toilets/garage door openers prior to move-in, but nope. You have to pay for rekeying all the doors yourself. Wait times for repairs are long. Be prepared to use their move-out vendor for cleaning ($450) if you want a chance to see your security deposit. Even with photos of move-in and move-out they will take of $350 for "landscaping". Non-responsive rental manager when putting in a dispute.

      Falsely advertise rentals!!!! They listed a home for rent showcasing the FORMER owners home belongings! They knew the unit was empty but to benefit themselves, they & along with the new owner STOLE photos from previous owner to showcase the rental. They dont care and clearly knew the rental was vacant but chose to use other peoples personal belongings to get a higher rent price. Unethical. Unlawful. Do not do business with these slimes.
