      This woman is a fraud. She takes your money and does not do the job. She is unethical. She should be reported to authorities for scamming money out of people.

      The customer submitted a questionnaire for a joint petition divorce and the papers were typed. She called back because there was a sentence where she wanted to change the wording. I explained that we can change the wording to anything she would prefer. However, she then wanted to cancel and have a full refund. I explained that once the papers were typed the fee was earned. We provided the legal services she asked for so there would be no refund which is listed numerous times throughout our terms. I am sorry she opted to cancel but I stand by our company's work product and wish her well. If we were to refund it would like her receiving free services.
