    In January 2025 I purchased/financed a 2007 *** 328i from fast auto sales. From the moment I got the car its been a money pit. They put me in a car that is dangerous to drive and didnt care. Also the fact that they prey on repossessions after you miss a payment. They care about the year end tax credit they get on write offs leaving people in really bad situations. There are multiple people that feel this company is a scam and need to be investigated.

    The company sold me a defective car whereas the car is a Prius 2010 that needed a battery and suffer from excessive oil consumption and or lost. The company check out the car a claimed to have repaired the vehicle. But the vehicle is defective and not repaired

    I purchased a vehicle in February 2024 I make $357 monthly payments to Fast Auto Sales by telephone which the woman is very nasty, disrespectful & unprofessional. I also pay $320 monthly Insurance to ***************** and Im required to have full coverage including collision & list Fast auto as Lienholders which I have done. I receive a text message to an old phone number no longer used by me but my 5 yr old son which I updated my new telephone # with ***** the woman taking my payment but somehow they text it on Friday 10/28/2024@ 3:30 pm just before closing asking me to verify insurance by 4pm to avoid Repossession. I woke up Saturday am and my truck was gone I called police to report it stolen and found out it had been repossessed by Fast auto. No other information would they provide me. Today I call the dealership and the woman on the phone was the most disrespectful & hung up on me w/ out discussing the problem or who would be responsible for the fees as well as damage to the vehicle as my driveway was soaked in oil from the tow company dragging my vehicle and broke something underneath. My insurance is up to date w/ no ********* dont want to be responsible for fees as I complied fully with the requirements. I cannot get a person to answer the phones in the office and when I have someone else call the woman who hung up continues to say everyone is busy and wont allow me to hold or transfer but hangs upon my face.

    So I bought a E350 Mercedes from *** Carnote $416 every month I paid it 2 times he takes the car for no insurance and he threw all of my things out very unprofessional no car should be purchased here not to mention the car had to go to a shop because its turned off on me on a freeway entrance ramp *** sales old cars with many problems for prices you can get new cars for buy a car from here not wise

    I had a car through fast auto sales. The car was a complete lemon. My car was overheating and the check engine light was on. Everytime I drove my car it smelled like gas. *** reached out to this company multiple times requesting for a payoff to get the car traded in at another dealer because they refuse to give me my money back for my deposit. Fast forward they repossessed my vehicle at the time the shop was closed for me to pick it up. I was given the run around for a whole week and today I get down there and they are telling me that they threw all of my personal belongings in the trash. Ive had at least $1000 dollars of belongings in my car including my house keys my mailbox key, my garage key opener and also my gate opener to my community. I have no extra keys and they are completely unprofessional. They sold me a vehicle that I couldnt even drive on the freeway because it gets hot and shuts off. Nothing works in the car and the ac blows out hot air. Is there anything that I can do to get help ?

    This company Has repo may truck twice no insurance which I has to pay $750 each time just here in the last week was repo for no insurance and I have been charged $50.00 late fee every four days after my car payment is due my payment is $374, this a recurring problem every month is either they repo my my truck for payment and its $700 to get out or they repo my car for no insurance. This is costing me and my family and all I get is the runaround when it comes to someone in that office to get my vehicle back like I have the money yesterday to get my truck from out of the impound and they told me that I cant get it because I need to pay the car payment which is not due to the 22nd of every month on top of that I have insurance and theyre telling me that it has to be a deductible of ******************************************************************* that I have to call the insurance company and tell them I need $500 instead of $1000 rip off still in business I just need somebody to investigate these business down because this is uncalled and unheard of what should I do?

    I bought a car 3-8-2024 and had to leave it to get it fixed. My car has been there for 3 weeks. The first week, I called to ask a time to pick up my car and ****** asked me, "what did your car need again?" They are very forgetful, and will keep your car for weeks but still expect you to make a car payment on time. My payment is due in a week and I've only driven my car for 2 days since I bought it.I spend money on a Lyft ride to finally pick up my car to find the engine light is now on. It was not on when I bought it nor did it come on the 2 days I had it before dropping back off for repairs. ****** says, " oh that's right, I forgot to address that, bring the car back in a couple of days to leave it here again for a couple more days." I asked to get my car payment pushed back 3-4 weeks (since that's how long my car has been there getting "repaired") and he said, "sure, I'll push it back a week." I asked for my down payment back and he refused. I'll be suing the dealership for my down payment back

    I bought a 2010 ***** equinox on February 2 2024, for ***** cash from fast auto sales on lossee an commerce in *************** ** I had to return back to the dealership following day due to it not evening ready yet from inspection. Received the car was running fine for first day the following day my check engine light an engine reduce mode came on called an told dealership they advised me bring it in so I did the following day tgey disabled my onstar an also said they fixed the engine issue drove for a few days the same issues happen called over a week due to a holiday nobody returns call or text. I just go down to shop on feb22 they take the truck for about for hrs they cleaned some stuck from fuel line said the issue is fixed.i drive home an today on 2/23 the engine issue happens on the freeway an almost caused a accident I go straight back to them the mechanic finally tells me in English that it is electrical an he told the dealership the day before it needs to go to shop I asked the dealership to put me in something of same price or put it in the shop at their expense he rushed an ignored me saying electric is expensive an needs a shop they cant do that

    I purchased a car from here on 05-06-23 with a down payment of ***** when I pull off with the car I realize that the speedometer wasnt working the charger fuse , Gas Guage 2 lights a back one and a front one and the car jerked as I drove it I contacted ****** the same night he told me to bring the car to him On Wednesday 05-10-23 because they were going to be closed the weekend I take the car when I get there no one was there to help me and they told me I had to make a appointment I made my appointment wich was not until 05-23-23 when I get there no one was there once again I left and came back I called got no response I finally was able to get the car to be seen only thing they fixed was the fuse so I had asked him about it he told me that the other problems with the car needed to be fixed at a dealership he gave me a address and told me to take it there and to tell them ****** sent us I took it to the address he gave me wich was ************************************************************* . When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about or why I was there and continued to tell me if I wanted to have my car looked at I had to make a appointment and that the appointments was 2 weeks he scheduled my appointment for 6-6-23 the day comes I take the car they told me itll take 3-4 days , 3-4 days passed I called and they told me that fast auto sales told them to put in a used speedometer so they had to reprogram it for my car and that itll be ready in a couple more days I go back it still wasnt ready I contacted fast auto sales to see what was going on and I was being ignored so I called from a diffrent number every time I called from a different number he answered it but was ignoring my number , 3 weeks go by I havent had a car at all Ive been calling and reaching out so I asked for my money back stil no response so I go to fast auto sales lot and request my money back he told me he had to contact the manager never contacted me with a update so i called he offered 2,800 out of *****
