    I rented a storage unit from this company starting in July of 2023. At that time they had no issue taking my money to move in. When you no longer need storage and cancel they have issues refunding you the un-used portion of your pre paid rent. Called to cancel the unit on January 16, 2024. Spoke to a customer service agent that was extremely rude and arrogant - basically a jerk. I asked for credit for the unused portion of the unit as I pre paid for an entire month on January 1 2024. I have had numerous storage units in the past and have always received a credit for the portion of the month not used. In this case about $50.00. The representative I spoke to said he needed to call the manager and get back to me the next day, No call back. I called again on January 23 2024 and spoke to a manager. Same story they need to contact the manager and get back to me. Still no call back. All Secure Storage is a fraudulent and unethical organization. They have no issue charging you for pro rated charges however they will not refund you for pro rates when you move out. This is a shady business with unethical owners and horrible customer service. They knowingly commit fraudulent transactions daily as they will not credit you but charge another customer for the unit you just moved out of. Basically double rent for that month when you move out. Very very shady. Mesquite is a very small town and word travels fast. People need to know what this business is doing and move to reputable storage companies who conduct ethical business. All Secure Storage uses a 3rd party to answer their calls and set up the units. They need to know how horrible the customer service is. Both times I have called they have been unprofessional and rude. I guess you would expect that from a shady, unethical, fraudulent organization like All Secure Storage. Storage is not that difficult. Its sad All Secure Storage cant figure out out and provide excellent customer service.
