Lori G. - I paid for tickets for mid april travel from Colorado to FLA. When COVID hit, I tried desperately to call every phone number they posted to no avail. Furthermore, I attempted NUMEROUS times via email to contact them to no avail to cancel. My husband is 67 years old and has lung issues so there was no way we were travelling during the pandemic! Not only did they charge me an additional $70 for who knows what, but then charged me $140 cancellation fee and did not return any of my ticket purchase. To date, I am still trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER, EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!

We have worked with Ms. G******* and offered resolution to her concerns regarding charges. There were two airlines involved in her itinerary. One of the airlines had changes that caused the tickets to be refundable. That amount has been processed back to Ms. G*******. The other airline has confirmed that she is holding credit toward future travel. Ms. G******* has also been given direct contact information for any further questions of concerns.
