  Solar Exclusive truly lives up to its name by providing exclusive leads. Chase, specifically, is incredibly attentive and quick to address any requests, making campaign adjustments seamless… which I have had troubles with in the past from others. If you’re looking for a dependable lead source that can grow with your needs, I highly recommend.

  We have done business with Solar Exclusive for many years. You know exactly what you are getting with them as a quality lead provider. No gimmicks, no tricks. They are straight forward and always open to feedback. Chase ********** has been an outstanding rep for us. He makes time for us when we need it and makes any adjustments we ask for in a timely manner.   I invested almost 6k and only recieved 6 "appoinments" only 1 was really interested but he didn't qualify because of bad credit. Total scam. Solar Exclusives market at that time "money back guarantee" but I didn"t get anything back. Please don't trust this company. Rich been scamming for many years.

  Thanks for voicing your concern to us. After reviewing our records, you were a client more than two and a half years ago, so we're not sure what prompted this review. We recommend running campaigns for a minimum 3-month period, and you stopped the campaign prematurely after one month so we never had a chance to fix your campaign. Also, we have never advertised a "money-back guarantee", and if you check the service agreement you signed on April 21, 2021, there is no mention of any money-back guarantee there either. We currently guarantee a certain number of leads or we continue to run the campaign at no cost, but in 2021, we were not running this promotion. We are willing to work with you and offer a month for free to try and resolve your complaint. Please email our team at ****@solarexclusive.com to receive this compensation, and we can take out our margin and put the majority of your budget on the ad platform at our expense so we can try and earn your business back.   Solar Exclusive has been the best return on investment out of all the lead companies I’ve tried. We’ve tried countless others, feel free to reference my Google review for the names, and Solar Exclusive is the only one I at least made my money back plus some.
  I also am going to address the elephant in the room, I read some of these complaints, and they seem ridiculous. These guys deliver on their word, don’t over promise, and have made it right when things slow down. Legit haven’t had any reason to want to complain, of course we all wish campaigns can do better but can’t expect perfection, let’s be real.
  Been working with Chase Kellermann and his team, and they’ve done good by us and our company. I plan on referring anyone that needs leads over to him, so if you have any doubt, give it a shot

  The return on investment well exceeded what I was hoping for my Roofing business. I had talked to 20 other ad agencies before finally finding the best. Chase was a great help to me and very responsive to my campaign.

  Totally got scammed out of $6000 dollars!! They even schedule a appt with a dead guy!! Called appts to confirm and follow up 90% of them just hung up or cussed me out and told me I didn’t schedule a dam appt! Worst solar lead company out there. I will put this on every!! Review site!! Trying to get in contact with Nick ******** is my rep and he keeps blowing smoke up my ***. I’m a salesman and have been a top salesman for years and this is not it. Great idea sucky ROI!! Total waste of money and time stay away!! I really don’t even think they look at the houses or the roofs. A bunch of none qualified leads!!

  After doing an audit of your account, we did credit a number of appointments to you so you did not pay for every appointment that was unqualified. After doing a further investigation of your complaint, we have found that there are a number of other appointments that didn't meet our quality control standards. For that reason, we will offer you a free month (to compensate you for the one month you did pay), and so in order to take advantage of your free month, please email [email protected] for next steps. We cannot offer a refund since we cannot get a refund from the advertising platforms, but we can make it right by paying for your ad spend on a free month and not charging a service fee.   This has been our first month with solar exclusive, the results have been phenomenal. Everything has been exactly how they said it would be, we have set more appointments and closed more deals in this first month than any other first month with other lead generation company’s.

  Solar Exclusive has been solid, not really too many complaints I must say. Communication has been top tier, and more importantly, results are there. Been using them on and off for over a year, only reason we stop is because we close our office around certain holidays, but Chase and the team are understanding and resume our campaign when they’re ready. I’d also recommend not just running the campaign for a month, if you expect results in a month to base an opinion, you’ll fail. Give the campaign time, running the campaign feels like having a child at times, good time and bad times will happen but the campaign ultimately provides ease for us. All I can ask for more is just more leads because who can’t use more leads?
  Solar Exclusive works great! Can’t wait to meet them at Solarcon in April.
