  Been using Solar Exclusive for the past 3 months and just finished their basic trial period, however we’re still going to continue with the service! First month was a little slower, closed 3 deals in the first month, but the second and third months’s we’ve closed 5 deals apiece so we’re at 13 deals now, and 11 or 12 will likely install. We’ve been pretty happy with the acquisition costs and equally as happy working with Chase. Easy communication, has always been same day which helps. Really good experience and stoked to see where this goes. I’d recommend them.

  Solar Exclusive is amazing to work with! Their marketing campaigns have brought in consistent, high-quality leads and have played a huge role in helping our business scale.   I’ve been involved with Solar Exclusive on and off for the past few years, but there’s a reason I keep coming back. I’ve tried other lead companies (Clean Energy Experts, Solar Reviews, Prospect Bacon, SCC, others), but none have the consistency Solar Exclusive provides everytime. My campaign always kicks off right away and leads are coming in, normally we’re making a decent ROI in the first month, and typically we see some consistency into the latter months we continue onward. I strongly recommend Solar Exclusive for anybody who has doubts on whether or not they’re worth it, I’ve never lost money with them.

  Solar Exclusive has been a wonderful additional to my lead arsenal in the recent months. I was reached out to by Chase, who has been following up with me for months on end, and I finally gave it a chance, and behold… it actually worked haha. So far, we’re only a month in and we started with their minimum package, but we’ve closed 3 deals and have a $1000 CPA in the first 30 days, that’s pretty good for leads if you know your numbers.   I would give zero stars if I could. We were approached by this company for bath leads. They originally set up our account up with wrong zip codes (different states even) even though we sent them an exact list. Then the account rep, Eric, disappeared altogether and I couldn't get ahold of anyone for three months. When I finally did, and got assigned a new rep, Brandon, I was told they would make up the $25k we wasted on the bad out of area leads. A week later when I emailed Brandon he too disappeared. I then had a 3rd rep in 3 months, Bryant, who promised he wasn't going anywhere and would take care of everything. Two weeks later Bryant also was gone and the only way I could reach the company was thru their generic Info@ email. I was then told someone from management would be in touch with me. That did not happen so I emailed again, this went one for 3 more weeks where I would email and they would promise someone with management would get back with me. They asked if I would like to restart the campaign and I said yes, with a credit for all the bad out of area leads. After another week of silence they finally emailed me and said they were going to close our account and give us back the $1,200 ad spend we still had on the books.
  I have worked with many 3rd party lead providers and this is by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They are unprofessional, unethical and quite honestly a scam. Do NOT give them your money, they will take it and then stop communicating.

  Since July 2024, I have been working with American Express to get their bogus charge removed from my account. Construct Sun, like many other companies posting reviews on this BBB site, contracted for at least 20 appointments. All but 4 were not appointments, but people whose staff may have talked to or may not have talked to. When contacted, these so-called appointments knew nothing about an appointment and in some cases nothing about solar. Before we could resolve these issues, they billed another $6k invoice. They refuse to remove the bogus charge and we cancelled the contract. To add insult to injury, AMEX can't make up their mind if they had a right to bill or not. Don't use this company! Don't give them authority to charge your credit card! We have over $12k in credit card charges and four appointments.

  We would be happy to run a campaign at cost (waiving all of our retainer fees) to try and turn your experience around.
  We did provide the service you paid for, and that's why American Express sided with our company when you attempted to take the money back which was spent on the advertising platforms. We cannot get a refund from Google or Facebook, and hence why we have a no-refund policy. We provided the appointments, and showed proof to AMEX, and we cannot be held responsible for the lack of sales from the marketing. All marketing efforts contain risk, and we offered no guarantees to you. However, all that being said, we are willing to give you a free campaign if you email [email protected] to try and turn the results around for you and resolve this complaint.

  Thank you for your response. Please note that **** never opined on whether they are valid appointments or not. We provided, and **** never reputed that our analysis that only 4 of 43 leads qualified as appointments. Our statements to **** never indicated that the leads were not sold; we accept that is our responsibility. There are clear definitions in the contract of what conditions constitute an appointment. We understand that your staff agreed with our view of these conditions and your staff was working to correct them. Unfortunately, your administrative staff prematurely billed the second month before Solar Exclusive met the contract's prerequisites to invoice the second month. Solar Exclusive reviews are peppered with similar complaints. I assume you are aware that, after three years in business and having installed over 300 energy systems, we exited the market. A fair response would be for you to credit the second invoice. We have always accepted your right to invoice the first billing.

  Solar Exclusive has been an excellent resource. They have delivered on their commitments and have done an excellent job communicating. Not all lead/marketing companies are created equal. Solar Exclusive has been a pleasure to work with. They have helped me scale my business with high quality leads. Chase has been awesome to work with and has helped guide us every step of the way.
