    PRS installed my original roof. Since then I have had them out to repair my roof on several occasions. This last repair was due to the high winds that came through the valley. It caused some significant damage to my roof. I had to go up on my roof to check their work before payment was given. I found nails were left on the roof and torn shingles that were not repaired. I was able to get them back out to remove the nails, but they did not fix the torn shingles. PRS indicated that they would come back out to repair the torn shingles on 7/8/24 between 8am to 2pm, but no one showed up. Instead I get an email response stating that they were there (Which they were not, otherwise my Ring device would have caught them). I looked back at the original repair photos and it looks as if they sent me a cropped photo from the original visit to pass off as they were there and that they did the work. Besides all that, they decided to use the form of payment that apparently is saved onto there website and charge my account without notifying me first to get authorization. Businesses cannot charge your account without authorization and their website should not keep your debit or account information on their website. Needless to say I am very disappointed in PRS and I would like for them to finish the repair of the torn roof shingles and not play games.

    Our team called Michael to see if he was available today to meet George our field superintendent out there to discuss his concerns and to see if we did everything what his contract stated. George and I called Michael and left a message to return our call regarding scheduling an appointment with him. 

    Furthermore, Michael stated our service tech did not show up on 7/8 however we have photos timestamp on 7/8 that shows our service tech did return on the 8th of July to do his quality control repair that Michael was not satisfied with from the original repair.

    We are now waiting for Michael to return our calls.
