    In late May of last year, I hired this company to repair roof damage that occurred during a severe wind storm. The cost was $3,000 and an insurance claim was filed and paid after the work was completed. The work appeared fine and the issues appeared resolved.Last night, March 31st, 2025, less that 1 year later, ANOTHER wind storm rolled through and caused roof damage in the EXACT same locations as the previous year. Clearly, the work performed didn't fix the original damage beyond cosmetic.When I called them today to inform them and asked them to fix it properly, they told me - in essence - pound sand. There was NO professional warranty for their work and a new claim would need to be filed. They refused to stand behind their work.A company that refuses to stand behind their work does not even come close to earning an A+ rating from the BBB.

    Hired them to install new roof on home. Due to shoddy installation the roof leaked and created over $1k worth of damage to drywall in garage. And after all this time estimate to repair damages is $1,000 to repair damages a number derived from estimator they sent out. And Profesional Roofing Services is only offering $400.00 towards repairs. There has to be something that disabled retired life long residents can fall back in. In other words we need your assistance.

    As part of the investigation **** and our team requested a water test be administered. Our request was denied by the homeowner. However a compromise has been reached. Please see attached letter.
