    The business advertises a night out menu on their instagram page with no restrictions. Upon arriving at the Vegas location, they did not want to honor the promotion. We felt this was false advertising to lure people to their business but failing to honor the promotion. We cancelled other plans to obtain this offer and felt cheated upon arriving and being denied the offer. We feel this is an unfair business practice and request to be compensated for the additional expense we had to incur.

    On Oct 1,2022 myself and 2 others dined at STK ********************. When it was time to pay for our bill, the waiter handed us a bill, later to find out it wasnt our bill. The waiter brought our cards back saying he gave us the wrong tab. My party of 3 then paid or correct bill. On Oct 4th,2022 I saw a charge was ran on my account for $253.67. That was not my meal price, however that was the total of the first bill he brought out that belonged to another stable. I went to STK on Oct 4, and spoke to the general manager *********. She advised me she would reverse the charge. I have emails she has not responded to, and the charge is still on my account along with over draft fees. It has now been 2 weeks I need my money back for they received double pay

    Good Day, 

    First of all I'm a bit confused as to why this is coming from the BBB in ****** when it is for our STK in *************, **.  

    Secondly, we have been reaching out to the guest on numerous occasions by our Director of Operations and  haven't been contacted back by the guest to try and help resolve this matter.  

    We would be happy to resolve this with the guest; however, will need the guest to reach out to our Director of Operations who has been reaching out.
