These guys are thieves and I recommend you do not rent from them. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The guy who does the service I believe his name is Carlos is good but the ppl who run the actual property management will lie, avoid and steal your deposit.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. We strive to be transparent and fair in all our interactions, including repairs and deposit charges. Any deductions made from deposits are strictly for documented damages or necessary repairs to restore the property to its original condition, as outlined in the lease agreement.

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with in my life . They make their tenants live in inhuman conditions for weeks or even almost a month at a time. They have left me and my kids without a working toilet for weeks , no hot water during the winter for 11 days resulting in my kids getting street throat from showering in ice cold water and going out to school after . Mind u I was fighting breast cancer and doing chemotherapy treatments during this time and had a high chance of illness due to a compromised immune system but they did not care! They moved me into a dirty unit disgusting . Now my issue is a huge cockroach nest that was found inside the back of my refrigerator I’ve sent videos , put multiple work orders in and waited almost a month without repairs performed! I’m done I hope these people reep what they sow baby!

You will need to pay to have items fixed, which generally are covered by the landlord (broken door lock). Or they may not fix at all (fridge, microwave), we ended up buying our own microwave. When you move out, you will be hit with a long list of items with inflated prices. Some of these items I had asked about prior to moving and told not to do it- I see now because they want to charge to do it. We opted not to fix a patio door lock (which was broken when we moved in) as we did not want to pay to have it fixed. They still charged for this when we moved out. I am sure sellers love this company, renters stay away

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your past concerns. To clarify, certain repairs and maintenance items may be the tenant's responsibility as outlined in the lease agreement. We strive to communicate these responsibilities clearly at the start of the lease. Regarding move-out charges, all deductions are based on documented damage or repairs needed to restore the property to its original condition not due to normal wear and tear

Avoid Joseph ***** you will lose your deposit, things marked as fully refundable will not be refunded. He will be extremely slow to respond you could be waiting for repairs over 30 days. In many instances you will literally need to do his job for him. Incompetent across the board.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. Joseph is a valued member of our team, and while we strive for timely communication and resolution of all concerns, we regret if this did not meet your expectations. Deposit deductions are based on documented damages or repairs needed in accordance with lease agreements, and we aim to ensure this process is transparent. If there are unresolved issues or misunderstandings, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review and address them. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re committed to doing better.
