*************************** is reporting falsely to rent bureaus that I have a balance and negative rental history and I have never rented from this company nor have ever lived in ****************. Despite multiple extermination attempts and numerous complaints, including written notices on August 24, 2024, and August 31, 2024, the cockroach infestation in my rental unit at ******************************************************************************************* remains unresolved. The severity has reached intolerable levels, rendering my home uninhabitable and severely impacting my health as a heart patient and disabled senior woman. My cardiologist and psychiatrist provided letters stating the detrimental impact on my health, including severe stress causing hair loss and potential heart failure. I request temporary accommodation in a hotel at the landlord's expense until the issue is resolved and the carpets are replaced. Additionally, multiple complaints on the BBB website highlight a pattern of neglect by Orange Realty Group.The infestation is so severe that cockroaches are present on my pillows while I sleep, in the shower, and even on toilet paper when I use the restroom. They have infested my recently purchased air fryer, and their eggs are everywhere, multiplying rapidly. Despite spending over $200 out of pocket on pest control products, nothing has worked. Previous exterminators have been ineffective, and a recent appointment with a fourth exterminator was missed, leaving me in these conditions over a holiday weekend with nowhere to go. Temporary Accommodation**: Immediate relocation to a hotel at the landlord's expense until the infestation is thoroughly resolved and the carpets in my unit are replaced.-A comprehensive extermination plan that includes follow-up treatments to ensure the infestation is completely eradicated.-Replacement of the carpets in my unit, as they are likely harboring pests and contributing to the infestation.-Compensation for all belongings damaged by the infestation, including my air fryer and other affected items. -Assistance with Moving- Due to my disability, I request assistance with moving my belongings should a relocation be necessary.Initial Complaint

Since moving in, in July of 2022 we have been fighting a mouse problem. To this day we've caught over 400 mice. And roaches are everywhere in our clean apartment. Called and complained for a year straight, still have mice and bugs.. Were told were working on it. It's out of control yet they won't do anything about it.Initial Complaint

My family and I moved to *********************** unit A2 approximately 9 months ago. Since the first month weve been complaining about a mouse infestation. They keep assuring us their taking care of it, yet nothing happens. I have caught 76 mice as of today. Our house is clutter free, no dishes in the sink, no food left out. Spotless house. Its stressing my wife and daughter out, and is a major health issue. Not to mention all the time and money weve had to pay out.Initial Complaint

I am in shock and disbelief about what happened at my apartment complex. Anthony G******, the property manager at ************** apartments, verbally harassed me and threw a temper tantrum with slanderous slurs and allegations as I tried to clean the swimming pool. I moved in on May 14, 2022, and had a swift move-in process with communication going back and forth with Orange Realty Group. I was assisted by Anthony the entire time. I was under the impression that this Real Estate Agent was trying to move me in. That was until Orange Realty Group changed the gate locks surrounding the property in early June, and USPS was never given a notification (let alone a key) to enter the property. The entire complex's mail was being delayed over mismanagement from Orange Realty Group. I called several times to see what was holding them up from getting our mail in. I was getting little to no response from them, which resulted in false promises when answered. I have text messages from as early as Thursday, July 7, from the local USPS driver requesting to leave the gate unlocked for them. This is not my responsibility, nor is it any other tenants here. Anthony answered the call one day and said it wasn't their responsibility to get mail on the property. After explaining how crucial it was to receive my mail (I work from home), he ragingly instructed me to "never call him back" regarding this issue. I went ahead and posted a sign for USPS stating, "USPS, please call (XXX-XXX-XXXX) when you are here. We are missing mail, and the property manager isn't doing anything about it." Anthony was bothered by the sign and proceeded to text me, "Hi ****, do you know who posted the slanderous sign for the mailman?" I did not reply, as I only requested to speak to Adam or Ramon moving forward. Ramon assisted me the first time Anthony lashed out at me. PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR THE FULL STATEMENT.
