    They refused to complete repairs after the same problem returned after 3 days. Never gave an estimate or a receipt, promise by email.

    Customer called Vegas valley plumbing out in regards to a "low water pressure"
    When we arrived we recommended changing the water softener, and the PRV. Customer did not want to replace the water softener at that time, and chose to replace the PRV for the amount of $525.00. The customer agreed and signed invoice which was paid by credit card on 9/23/2024.
    Customer then called back on 9/27 stating that the work we did was not working, We sent a technician out to take a look at said issue and recommended again to replace the softener. Customer claimed that we replaced the head of the water softener which we did not do. Customer also claims we did not replace the PRV which was indeed replaced. We have before and after photos. Customer then got aggressive with our technician when we were there trying to asses the said issue, and we were unable to do anything further because customer was very irate and wanted us to leave the property. Water softener needs to be replaced due to the softener being installed incorrectly from home owner.
    We tried to speak with him and let him know exactly what we did and why, but customer was combative and unable to satisfy.
    Vegas Valley plumbing completed the work we were hired to do, and the work we completed is working as it is supposed to.
