Now they are sending faxes out under titled "no surprises act transparency." Doesn't name the provider they are faxing to, claiming they have claims to process, asking for TAX ID, NPI, clearinghouse vendor name and provider specialty. If they had legitimate claims to process, they would know all this information. Absolute scam.Review from Esty R

TRPN Direct Pay poses as an insurance payment, duping the recipient into an unsolicited provider network with deposit of the mailed $15 check. TRPN Direct Pay mailed a check for $15 in a format mimicking a typical insurance payment. Only in the fine print on the second page does it say that depositing the check enrolls the recipient into an unsolicited provider network with terms and agreements that no provider would willingly accept. TRPN is targeting health care providers who have little time to study fine print under the guise of a valid insurance payment. This deceitful practice needs to stop.Review from Karen G

ALERT! TRPN Direct Pay, Inc is extremely deceptive. Our office received what appeared to be an insurance payment (check), but upon reading the very fine print cashing the check bound the provider legally to a participation agreement to some unrevealed network with multiple ridiculous terms.Review from Rakesh G.

They are predatory and the worst of the worst. Their contracting scam is criminal in my opinion and at the very least unethical.
