  Warning! This place is beyond horrible. I don't recommend it for anyone. Their unorganized, they give unsupported analysis, they base their findings off hearsay. The list goes on as to why you shouldn't choose them for anything!

  It's unfortunate to hear that you feel this way about our services, but it's not uncommon for most clients to start our programs feeling unhappy or frustrated by the process. I want to address some things you mentioned directly for your benefit and for others reading your review.
  
  
  
  First, I want to assure you that we have a stellar reputation for organization, professionalism, and caring. Every month, thousands of clients participate in our programs, learn, progress, and improve their lives. These facts speak volumes about the quality of our services.
  
  
  
  Secondly, you mentioned unsupported analysis and hearsay. When you came to our class, you were referred by a court or another investigative agency. This referral source made a determination of facts regarding abuse, neglect, or other harmful or criminal behavior, which we cannot ignore or change by professional standards and good conscience. Any determination we make must be based on those facts. If, like many clients, you disagree with or are unhappy about those facts, your concern should be raised with the referring agency rather than with us.
  
  
  
  We acknowledge that pointing out these things does not make the process any less frustrating for those who feel unjustly accused or convicted. Our primary goal is your personal growth and improvement. We have no role in determining facts and cannot change them. We hope that once in our program, you can focus on making the best of the situation and take the opportunity to learn skills and information that will benefit you in bettering yourself, your relationships, and your situation.   LRS offers court ordered classes for those convicted of select crimes.
  The instructor Hispanic with a heavy accent spoke way to fast to be understood by my son.
  Classes were stupid and Ray was not learning anything, I listen to them myself.
  The World Cup. was watched and counted as a class and cost money.
  THAT SHOULD BE A CRIME.
  Ray got off with 4 out of 13 I paid the fee in December. 2023
  Ray was rearrested and abused once again for failure to complete and pay for his classes.
  My son is disabled he cannot fix this. LRS Systems Ltd. needs to lose their contract to offer court ordered classes.

  Dear Sir, we understand that your son's legal troubles have been difficult for you and him, and we are genuinely sorry for any negative experience he may have had. However, we would like to clarify some facts that seem to have been overlooked in your accusations against us.
  
  
  
  Firstly, your son was charged with a crime that was unrelated to our company. He later pleaded guilty and accepted a plea deal, which included taking an education course with us. As part of this plea deal, we reduced his fees based on his financial needs.
  
  
  
  According to court records, the number of classes your son was required to complete was reduced. He completed all of his classes, and you paid the reduced fee on his behalf. However, he missed a follow-up court date, and as a result, was issued a bench warrant and eventually arrested. Our role in this matter was limited to providing the course and completion information to the defendant, which we did.
  
  
  
  Regarding the incident with the World Cup class, we conducted an investigation into the accusation and found it to be largely accurate. We took immediate action against the offending independent group facilitator and implemented other internal safeguards to ensure that such an incident would not happen again.
  
  
  
  We take our work seriously and believe that we can effect positive change by being accountable, honest with ourselves, and listening to others. Our classes teach tools for developing these characteristics. We are committed to making a difference, but we urge you to use your talents and energy to advocate for real change instead of slandering us for actions that were consequences of choices made by others.
