I purchased 2 O2 sensors that said they were for my exact car. I received the parts but the electrical plugs did not fit. I purchased 2 O2 sensors that said they were for my exact car. I received the parts but the electrical plugs did not fit. I contacted them for return and at that time they informed me that they would not except the return. They said it was for my car but they needed a VIN number to send the right part? When I ordered the parts it never asked for my VIN number. I called the local dealership and they said there were 3 different one for that year depending on VIN number. They said they would not take them back because the plastic was open? I feel like they are ripping me off as they should have informed me that I needed to furnish my VIN number to get the correct ones. I did not install the parts and they are in the same condition I received them in. The open plastic bag is just a small plastic bag worth like 2 cents so it should not affect the return in any way.Read More

Desired Outcome

I want to return the parts for a refund so I may purchase the correct ones.

They took my payment and claimed order was cancelled. According to my paypal, they got paid. Hope they enjoy my retirement money. Spent 26 years of my life for my retirement fighting for this country. Thank you GPG for stealing from me.
