My experience: The absolute WORST business decision I have EVER made!!!Ask yourself the following questions:If a service is valuable, then why is there a need for a large upfront payment or to lock people into a contract? Wouldnt customers stay with a service if it is a continued asset to their company? As of this date, why are all but ***** 1 and 5 star reviews with nothing in between on this site?If **************, what kind of sales paradigm is really being taught as well as used on me in the sales process? Are there many discrepancies between consumer perception and delivery? Is this suitable for me? If there are good reviews and bad reviews, where did they come from? How do I know that I would be the success client?Does the company have a financial incentive (can I get a refund) to provide suitability after purchase and signing of a contract?Does the company concentrate their efforts more on service (back end) or sales (front end)?Corroboration of other reviews and complaints In the complaints (as well as reviews), the experiences mimic my own. One big one where Gym Launch says that the perception of the service for the purchaser person making the complaint is not their responsibility. As well, there are at least 10 other reviews that mimic my experience.Advice: Read all reviews AND complaints. Also, read the responses. This information will allow you to determine for yourself what patterns this company exhibits in the execution of their service vs. what they advertise. As with ANY contract involving large sums of money, have a lawyer go over the contract very carefully and make sure that none of the aforementioned complaints/reviews are related to areas that are written into the contract to disempower you as the consumer. Remember, they write the contract for their interest and NOT yours.Look up the word puffery before entering into any contract of this kind.

The information you get from GL is helpful and if you implement the systems I think most of them work. With that said the coaches do a horrible job assisting with implementation of anything so you are basically paying a lot of money for advice and access to prerecorded videos or group teaching events, nothing customize. The outcome 100% depends on what you do with that advice. I think they overpromise and underdeliver majorly but I will at least recoup the money I paid them off of the information they provided. For anyone considering their services, I would proceed with caution.

After working with Gym Launch, I am in the worst financial position of my life. I started ************, Gym Launch's highest level of coaching, with $30,000 in my bank account. After working with Gym Launch for 9 months, I am now left with my remaining $1200. I turned to Gym Launch to help me progress with my business, yet Im in a far worse financial position than where I started.

Once I came to the conclusion that working with Gym Launch was no longer realistic or sustainable. I contacted Gym Launch to cancel my ***** ****** Payments, weekly payments of $799. After sharing with Gym Launch that I had $1200 left in my bank account, that I have been losing funds month after month since starting ***** ******, that I was struggling to pay for my studio, that I was afraid I would be unable to pay for my mortgage, they then offered a reduced weekly fee for continuing ***** ******.

I declined their offer. I instead chose to be void of any future payments from Gym Launch and to cancel all future ***** ****** Payments. As working with Gym Launch already resulted in a major loss, continuing with them and paying them more was not the ************* Launch declined my request to stop future payments and offered a 30 day cancellation period, resulting in $1600 to be paid over the remainder of the next 30 days. Again, I declined and wished to be void of any future payments with Gym Launch.

Their reasoning for forcing 30 days of remaining payments : they wanted me not to feel alone during this process, but being told that I would be forced to pay for the next 30 days, an amount that was more than I currently have, showed Gym Launch's true intent. That Gym Launch cares more about their income than their coaching or their service.

Do not work with Gym Launch. I have spent over $40k on Gym Launch Services being promised my situation would get better. I shared with my coach month after month that I was losing funds, the response was always that it would get better. It never did.

If I could give zero stars I would. ********** described almost my exact experience. I paid these people $30k (and of course they had a company to give me that loan!) and after ********************************** an additional $1k per month to continue the same service level! I am new at running a business, and I trusted that they were going to provide "coaching" as they promised, but all they do is take your money and give every business, no matter their business model, one method of hard sales and gimmicks. I did everything they wanted me to do, and for a minute I thought it was going to work. But ultimately I got zero coaching. I was encouraged to spend $100 per day on advertising with promises that I would make it all up and be swimming in clients. All I got was nearly bankrupt. I had to make payroll from my personal finances. Not one time did any "coach" ask me what my operating expenses were, or what I wanted my business model to look like. It was just sell sell sell and give us more money! I've begged for just HALF my money back since I only received 4 of 12 months of service, and when I finally threatened to call my attorney, they basically said "bring it on" which tells me they've been s******* people over and getting away with it for a long time. This is a complete scam. You have to be willing to sacrifice your ethical standards to even implement their approach, and even when I did compromise, I nearly lost everything. I finally just had to jump ship and cut my losses. But every time I make that monthly payment, it's a painful reminder of this enormous mistake. The first red flag should have been that my monthly payment to them is $666. No kidding! Unless you have a pile of money, and don't mind hard selling pregnant 24 year old single moms, and people who make minimum wage, DO NOT buy into this joke. It will leave you with less money, less clients, and a sick feeling that eats at you daily.

Gymlaunch has changed my business astronomically and I've only been a member for a few short weeks. The concepts, big picture views and priceless insight into how larger gym busineses work has been incredible. I have gone from scraping by and worrying about every dollar in my business to doubling my Monthly cash flow in 1 week. Note: this program takes diligence, hard work and some hours of studying. You need an open mind to changing your business model and a willingness to have uncomfortable conversations with your coach and your customers. If you are honestly willing to take the time, listen and truly apply the concepts gymluanch offers, you will have ******************. <3 a small ********** gym with big ideas
