I contacted the locksmith to change a part for me, He came out once and essentially did not fix the problem. We engaged into a debate for the services that he said he provided. He left and removed our old part from our car and took his new part. I called him back so I can get my old part back and he asked that I prepay him for the service so I did and he never came back to provide the service. I have asked for a refund plus my old part back and the business has failed to get me either.

We were quoted $100 for a locksmith to come to our house and allow my friend access. We were out of town and had a fire hazard left on. He came and said he has to break the lock to allow access, which is fine and we agreed but he did not state that would cost $500 more to do so. And the lock is worth $15 but we were charged $130. We were never quoted a different number beyond $100. He also came in an unmarked car and wore regular clothing, nothing showing he was with a company. He then sent an invoice for $694 and would not allow my friend to leave our house until we paid via Venmo. I called the office to confirm and she then said, its only a starting price. And was very argumentative and hung up me. We paid the price so my friend could leave, but then she called us and informed he kept a key. He gave her one key, this man, ********************* still has a key to enter our home at any time as all ** deadbolts come with 2 keys. We have video evidence of this interaction as well. I reached out asking for the other key to no reply. We were not provided a price, completely blindsided, and now to think this company could give away a key to our home knowing we are out of town. Also, looking through previous reviews many others with this exact issue were charged $180. It seems like ****** chose a random price to send, and held my friend hostage until the money was sent. Including a screenshot as well of their unprofessionalism with a previous ****** review with a similar issue charged remarkably less than what we were charged.
