      Misleading information regards to “tier rates”, I was told that everytime you paid off a loan the next time you take a loan your tier level goes up which means lower interest rates. Another associates told me it has to be same loan amount each time so the rates will go down.So they said I misunderstood it. So I came in and took another loan and they tried to give me the lowest tier again despite of having good payment history with them.Then the lady ask the other worker and decided to give me the 3tier rates. So you see just right there My tier never went up its always either on 1,2,3 which are the highest rate charges. So I feel like the workers doesn’t have specific guidelines just makes up whatever rate level they will give you to get more money from interest. I don’t know if that is even legal to do so, misleading telling people to pay off loan soon then will be able to get another loan at lower rates. I don’t they will honor lower rates evenif you always pay on time

      We apologize for the confusion.  We have 5 pricing tiers.  You have had 4 loans with us...your first 3 loans were all paid on time, thank you for being a great customer!  As a result, you have received better pricing on each loan.  Your 4th loan is currently at our 2nd lowest tier.  As long as you pay this loan on time, your next loan will be at our lowest pricing we offer.  I hope that clears up the misunderstanding and we appreciate your business.  Thank you.
