      Person name is Rock in the collection department trying to. steal $150 from senior citizen The clerk call collection not ms rocks someone else in the collection department and they said it's ok too accept my $150 payment even though it is collection payment. My experience is horrible never want to do business with them again

      No stars i applied for a loan I sent very valid proof of income they tell me to wait for my last check stub I did I uploaded it on the website I missed a call from a loan specialist name Juan left me a message to call I called and to get a hold of Juan. The customer service refused to transfer the call telling me I'm denied and I will receive a letter which doesn't make sense when you're don't have a real reason why because I missed a call that's not right without giving a real chance to apply for the loan I was cheated by some non speaking English moron they need better service and better communication

There is a police report on file now and also I have obtained an attorney.. So everyone please check with your state because there might be a loan out in your name...

      Unfortunately, I needed a loan today because of car problems. I needed to get a loan many years ago and worked with Dollar Loan Center. I had forgotten how unprofessional they were until I contacted them today. Everyone needs help now and then, this company's customer service is the worst I have ever had; they treat you like you are a second class citizen. I called twice today at the Sunset and Stephanie office and talked with Nancy, who claims to be the store manager. I applied online and provided the documents, and she still did not receive them. Her response, "oh well, just try back later." Really? Is that how you run a business? According to the workers at Dollar Loan Center, there is no headquarters, so you can't get help from management.
      So I am wondering where all my information has gone since Dollar Loan doesn't seem to have it.
      My questions were legit. I simply asked where the documents might be if my end said they were received. Again, Nancy's response is to try later. She is a very unpleasant person to work with and does not have customer service at all.
      Customers don't need to feel like they are second-class citizens because they need money; why do companies allow their employees to treat others like that? "Love one Another" and be "Kind."

      If you do not want your information sold to multiple loan agencies DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They will sell your personal information in a heartbeat even if you don’t take a loan with them! They are very, very unprofessional.

      They harassed me and called me at my work. I was on medical leave because I was diagnosed with cancer and had to get a full hysterectomy. Tried to contact them they said okay but harassed me. I told them never to contact me at work again and to stop harassing me other wise I’d seek legal help. I fired to pay them something and they refused. Tried to intimate me by treating to garnish my wages.

      I applied for a loan yesterday the 18th of December online for dollar loan center they had an advertisement that they would loan for new customers I was only asking for $500 and only for a very short time a couple of weeks I did the online and then I contacted them and they a lady called me and then they gave me the wrong phone number and then they gave me I got the right phone number I called them back and they told me they'd get back to me a few minutes later they called back and told me that I was denied I have never had a loan with dollar loan center when I asked them why they said oh you receive a letter in 10 days why can't you tell me over the phone so I can clear up whatever the problem is this is ridiculous have to wait 10 days just tell me what's going on or at least email me or something and this is not a good place to go to I can see why dollar loan center especially on Sahara there's never a car in the parking lot never there must be a reason why.
