1 starTricked into $1 by 3rd party then canceled with identityiq from phone number on Bank Statements that charged $35 within 7days -UNAWARE ! Then they tell me canceled & wasn't came out yet again the 2nd month and THEY REFUSE TO REFUND-THEIR POLICY SHE SAYS IN GUIDELINES but try to actually sell more junk to me like kick you while your down... could careless about the customer byfar trained the employees good - both -but different reps AND they say they don't have supervisors when asked for one!!!! Insane monitoring tactics!

5 starsIdentityIQ is an excellent service. I get monthly credit scores from the three major bureaus and also get piece of mind knowing that I'll be alerted in real time if an account is opened in my name, which allows me to act on it if I suspect anything suspicious. Thankfully nothing suspicious has happened but I'm the type of person that finds it helpful having that piece of mind. In addition to these benefits, their platform is intuitive and easy to use. 5 starsThis company is fabulous. I got an alert instantly when I was at the car dealership this weekend. It was crazy how fast the alert came when the salesman ran my credit… I decided to shop around more so that next Monday I called for help with using my dashboard to get a credit report and the customer service rep was amazing. To whom it may concern.
On this date was the third attempt to open a Bank Account under my name in a matter of days. I was sitting working and receive an alert from Identity IQ of an unknown bank, which was not in my area. Identity IQ was able to provide the Banking industry on the alert. So, I decided to contact Identity IQ along with the Bank that received the inquiry. After being on the phone for over an hour, I was able to learn so much information in reference to identity fraud. I was given so many options from the Representative and I was able to contact the three Credit Bureaus on this matter. I was presented with several option to protect my identity where I enroll with all the preventive options for Identity theft, which was completed over the entire hour and half. What the representative has given me. He displayed exceptional skills on my behalf and shown great dedication toward my issues. Along with given me confidence with the process.
