1 starThis company intentionally makes it impossible for customers to cancel. They won't allow cancellations online. They won't allow you to cancel by email. If you can and hold, the hold is very long making it literally impossible to cancel some days. I ended up paying for six extra months because they wouldn't accept my cancellation. They should be shut down. They're not protecting anything, they are scamming for a monthly fee and making it impossible for consumers to cancel. How well do you really think they're monitoring your credit if they are scamming you for money and won't allow cancellations?Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

1 starNegative Five Stars! Totally underhanded stratagem, & non-existent publication to subscription. The portal of the website is a subversive ploy. Delinquent fraudulent cost of appendage services. The hidden tactics, from application to terms of service literature, should void any contribution. All I know, never established literal text to automation services, never received email demonstrating an invoice of the seven day window to the cost of there, wretched preset business practices. Claims to only charge $1.00 for establishing "Banking Account Link." In order to identify the source as permitted future account member. Then, inflates with backhanded charges. I use Chime, Cash App, Venmo, & Zelle. No, Hidden Policies or Charges. Full Disclosure of subscription or fees. Anyone, claims this "IdentityIQ.com" to be top rated service was paid for falsified comments or illegitimate profile rhetoric from a Chat Bot.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

1 starStarted charging me out of the blue on a card I don't really use. So I just shut off my card. Now I see them trying to charge the shut-off card about once a week for the last 3 months. Kind of thought after 3 months they would stop. But I guess their business model is to never give up? I barely know what this company does but it appears I now have to call them and explain that they need to leave me alone!Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

1 starI applied for a position on LinkedIn and the next day I received an email from someone named Rani *****, claiming to be a Senior Manager with the organization, but using a gmail email address. The email had my LinkedIn application embedded in the email, making it look very legitimate.. The person stated in order to move forward with my application I had to go to www.rocketcreditscores.com to pass a credit check. The link required me to pay $1 and it then took me to IdentityIQ to enter my information and obtain my credit scores. Feeling suspicious, I cancelled my subscription immediately and notified LinkedIn IT Security. I also called the organization they were allegedly representing and found they did not post the position nor do they even have that position available.
Is IdentityIQ affiliated with rocketcreditscores.com? After reading other reviews, I don't know if they are part of this scam also.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

IdentityIQ services are not advertised or promoted on Craigslist, Indeed, Zillow or similar sites that are requesting credit information to verify employment or qualifying for a new rental agreement. If you are enrolling in IdentityIQ services because you were told to do so for verification of employment, rental agreement qualification or something similar, it is potentially a scam. We are aware of advertisers that are not legitimate and may be trying to obtain your credit information and identity for unlawful purposes. 1 starTerrible policies. Hands down the worst I have seen in a long time.
When canceling a subscription, they refuse to refund. That's ok but, they discontinue all of their monitoring services immediately when you cancel. So are not receiving services you paid for...absolutely ridiculous. Everything they said on the phone and every step I had to take to cancel my two subscriptions showed me that they are a business that thrives on making it difficult for their customers to cancel policies.
At this point it's a borderline scam. Another red flag is that all of these webpages and business fall under the Identity Intelligence Group, LLC.
