    Hi my name is Catlyne and i want to file a complaint on the Orleans, their security is very rude and I was already embarrassed enough, I just started my period now mind you I've given them my i.d in the past so they know I have one on file but they didn't even ask me that, I went into the Orleans to use the restroom because I had started my period and was bleeding in my clothes so yes I was in the bathroom for longer then 10 minutes because I had to clean myself up as best as I could plus get out of the dirty clothes and change into new ones ontop of using the bathroom and I was told by security that I had to get out and leave I told them I have to change my clothes because I started my period and they first told me I had to leave still then I told them I don't have clothes on because I started my period which was embarrassing enough having to tell a stranger I that I bled in my clothes but then when I do come out the stall to wash my hands because it's not sanitary to not wash my hands I get rushed to get out of the bathroom while washing up then I tell them again I just came in to clean up because I started my period and they asked for my i.d and I said I didn't have it because I just was using the restroom to clean up and they told me they don't care to get out. I have never been so embarrassed before like not only do I bleed in my clothes but then I get treated like complete garbage when I wasn't being disrespectful or rude at all had it been their parent, spouse, sibling or vice versa they wouldn't think it ok to treat them the way they treated me so how is it ok to be treated like I was for simply cleaning myself up? Then to top it off how can you say I can't be there when there are families with kids in the casino everyday who are minors and don't get kicked out for being there but me who just went in to use the bathroom to clean up myself gets told to leave & was made to feel embarrassed and offended I left there in tears because of the embarrassment.

    I had a reservation under the name byti*** Ra*** from oct 4th to oct 7th and we arrived on oct 5th(informed the hotel about delay) we checked in on oct 5th and an employee helped us check in. I gave my credit card and DL to the staff who was helping me. 3 hours later the security comes and bangs our door ( i was out at that point) my wife and mother in law were scared with they way security was shouting "you need to come out of the room right now". My wife called me and i requested security guys to give me 15 minutes to come back to front desk as i was driving back to hotel and i also asked them to provide the reason which they did not . But they were so rude that they wanted my wife and mother in law to go to front desk which scared them badly. I went to front desk (family was also there at this time) asked them and it looks like they forgot to collect resort fee when i checked in. I was so mad at them when i clearly gave them my DL and credit card at the time of check in. The worst part of it they keep blaming me when it was clear that they did not do their job properly at the time of check in. worst experience will never go back to them. They did not even apologize and kept arguing with me in the lobby. The woman who claimed to be manager as worst. Also the rooms have no exhaust in restroom, no oven, no fridge.

    I had a reservation under the name Leticia *********, staying in room 913 from January 21 to January 23.
    Upon arrival, I was dismayed to discover that the bathroom in my room was in an unacceptable state, with urine present all over the toilet. Furthermore, the bathroom door was broken, and in my attempt to close it, I sustained an injury to my shoulder due to the door's malfunction.
    Despite reporting these issues, the room was not cleaned, and the amenities were not replenished throughout my stay. In addition to these concerns, I was promised by the manager that the resort fee would be waived as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences faced. Unfortunately, this was not implemented during my checkout.
    I trust that you understand the gravity of these issues and the impact they have had on my stay. I kindly request a swift and satisfactory resolution to these matters. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that reflects the seriousness of these shortcomings.

    Everything is run down and empty the spa wasn’t open until Thursday and the quote a price and it was double the amount by not listing all the fees they had!!! Very sad !!!!

    I would like to file a complaint against this hotel, My family and I stayed at this hotel in February 2023, the hotel passed out a paper saying they had a disease called legionnaires which was contracted through the water pipes that was under control. During our stay my 4 year old neice started experiencing high fevers and got really sick. When we departed the hotel and headed home to ********** my neice did not get any better and had to be hospitalized for a week with high fevers on and off, she also got pneumonia, this disease was contracted through the air vents not the water, this hotel lied and said it was through the water pipes which was under control. I dont know how this hotel is still in business with having a disease called legionnaires. They told a bold face lie and said this problem was under control. They only passed the papers out to cover their **** and still had customer stay in there **********************, when they should have closed down until all the rooms and everything was cleaned and disinfected and also clean their vents and air ducts. I would NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!
