  Highly recommended 702PlumbAir as they are very efficient and thorough with their work. Cost wise, they are very reasonable. I had a small leak in a valve at the base of the toilet that the incoming water line runs through. I called 702PlumbAir and I scheduled service next day since this was a minor issue. Trey came out and replaced the valve and the line into the toilet tank in less than 30 minutes! Job was done and we were good to go. The quote was exactly what I was charged, and it was reasonably priced. If you're looking for a reliable and quick service at a reasonable price, this company does the job! Yes, I know problems come in threes as a homeowner and I am now on problem two. A week after fixing the leaking valve on the master toilet, my water softener was having some problems. I didn't realize that the Whirlpool water softener had a lifespan of about 8 years. After my tech, Brandon arrived, he looked over my system and explained to me what can happen if the system fails and the problems that those beads can create. Knowing that this system was on its last leg, I decided to go with the recommended system. Two hours later, Brandon had me up and running with a new water softener system and even flushed my hot water heater at out while he was here. Awesome service again 702PlumbAir and Elvis and I thank you...again. Until next time.

  I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for this company and all their employees who assisted us. We woke up to a flood in our home at 5a.m. and immediately started researching plumbers. We left a message with their after hour rep and proceeded to call other companies because we weren't expecting for a plumber to call us back within 5 minutes! His ETA was 25 mins and he even assisted us over the phone to locate our water shut off. As new homeowners this was unexpected and beyond stressful but everyone we talked to was calm and told us exactly what to do. We were also able to finance this repair so that was relief on our pockets. They exceeded my expectations and took pride in their work. The repair was done the same day and we didn't even have to miss work. They communicated with us throughout the day. Thank you 702 PlumbAIR! I will forever recommend to all my friends and family.

  Words cannot express my gratitude for this company. at 2 am, my air conditioner stopped working. I searched for companies near me and found 702 PlumbAIR. I spoke with the operations manager, Michael and he had a technician out to me in 30 minutes. Ranier showed up with a smile on his face as if it wasn't 230 in the morning. He looked at the unit and explained that it was just a minor repair needed. I was expecting a 700$ bill due to it being so late. Total - 285!!!!!!!!!!! AT 2:30AM!!!!!!!

  I regret I have to leave this negative review because I did check them out and they have what appears to be a stellar reputation. Since February 4, 2022 I have dealt with this company and paid every invoice. I was actually contacted for payment on an invoice for work not scheduled yet. They still owe me $1000.00 for work paid but not done. This company installed the valves for my two showers but never left the shower trim. I need my shower trim and on May 27th I spoke with an employee who came out to see that I paid for work that was not done and they reassured me I would have the shower trim for both bathrooms and I have been told they are waiting for a part. I realized then ABSOLUTELY I am not a priority at all with this company. It is insulting that they assume I am not informed enough to know that everything comes in one box even the valve. I was canceled on Friday I found out by calling them and now today I am canceled again. They have been deceitful with me and this is beyond frustrating.
  My husband passed away on January 24 and he could fix anything and also tell you how to do it. For almost 40 years I listened , watched, and even helped him with repairs. I feel taken advantage of and so disrespected. The box contains what you need. The owner's wife could not even tell me what part was missing on Friday. I stated I would purchase the items they needed to get my showers done. I pointed out how much quicker I could get it but was told by them that MOEN sold inferior products on Amazon and they purchased better grade. I was charged a great deal of money by this company. They as I stated still owe me at least $1000.00 more. I feel like a fool I read reviews checked this company out felt confident and still don't have what I paid for.
  Please just don't give up your money to them until you have your plumbing issue complete. I guess they are all about the money not the work or their word.
