    I have never been a patient here yet I have a collection from them. My grandmother and aunt both have been patients here and nothing but poor experiences for them. I’m still disputing the collection.

    * - 5 STAR RATING * The one star is a rating for comment purposes only. This place is terrible.
    I wouldn't recommend Henderson Hospital to a sick pet, let alone a human.
    They did everything but provided CARE for my loved one who is now deceased after checking into this ER one weekend this May 2025.
    The nurses in ICU REFUSED my family to spend the night, stating her condition isn't critical, YET she dies 3 days later. That was a serious misjudgment of her health condition because she is no longer here with us. They made it clear her health condition wasn't bad enough to allow overnight visitors.
    This Hospital & it's careless, nonchalant 'care team' has created a traumatizing experience for my entire family, so I would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.
    An animal vet would provide better services, urgency, communication, & most importantly CARE than this place.

    I am not being treated humanely by the staff at this west henderson hospital. They are violating my HIPAA pravicy laws, not following the hospital policies like bed side repor, letting me leave the room, take a bed bath, or change the linein. Lying in my medical records, saying that I am taking medication that i do not take or lying by saying that i refuse medication that was never offered to me.
    I already have to face the fact that I am dying. I do not need the extra stress from the abuise, discrimation, harassment, lyies in my medical records, or mistreatment from the Hospital staff or anyone that have to give me a hard time or prefrom illegal cyber atracks.
    I just need help with stopping the mistreatment!
    I have called and emailed with in 48 hours. My name is Alex *****. Right now I am at Henderson West Hospital room 703. I have been here since Monday March 31 2025 cause I did not feel safe at Green Valley Health Service under Pro Care Hospice supervision & and worsening of my neurological conditions.
    I have multiple complaints for this hospital West Henderson Hospital.

    They will not let me take a bed bath.
    They will not let me speak with the charge nurse, dietary to order food, or the social worker.
    They will not let me get out of my bed or out of this room.
    They will not do bed side report even though it is the hospital's policy to do so.
    They have not cleaned or changed the bed sheets.
    I have been in room 703 since Monday, March 31, 2025. I was on the phone all day yesterday April 1st 2025, to reinstate Medicaid because the social worker or the case manager at this hospital refused to help me, did I mention that I am severely disabled and on hospice.

    1 star is way more than what they deserve. Customer service is beyond garbage. Forgot my charger in the room I was staying and when I called to ask about it they hung up on me 4 times and supervisor reached out apologizing then puts me on hold and disconnects. Beautiful hospital. Disgusting employees. Never again.

    Husband was left in the emergency room on a guney bed for three days and left in his street clothes for same. He is six 2 and 245 lbs. Never given hygiene kit. Hospital never mentioned anything about his kidneys but 3 days later went to WARMC and admitted with acute kidney failure.

    Took my mom for severe leg pain, at first the ER seemed to be moving along quickly and efficiently and I was slightly impressed. They did bloodwork, and an ultrasound and even hooked her up to an iv to rehydrate. But they left her there in the iv chair for 6 hours!! She was finally told that she has a blood clot, which was the doctors fear, and she wanted to rule it out. My mother has MS and is in Renal Failure as well, she is 75 years old, andiscurrently in a wheelchair in the hallway of the ER. The charge nurse has been very rude to her, so she’s stopped trying to figure out what is going on. This is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t seem to be short staffed, there were plenty of employees in the ER. You

    Not once, but 3 seperate occasions inwas mistreated. I have had players lay hands on my, literally rip my IV line from my arm, ripping skin and vein, refusing to fix it, sending me back down to the ER to be bandaged when I was an admitted patient . I asked every hour for my results, as they kept telling me to check back, they took away my nurse button when I'm a fall risk, and was made to go to the bathroom on my own without urinal. I fell on the way back, herniating 2 discs and fracturing my pelvic sacrum. Then yelled for 10 min for help, when someone arrived, they asked me if I was bleeding, and when I said no, wat he'd me crawl along the floor and struggle to get back I to my bed for the next 10 min. I have video and audio evidence that they sent in security to erase from my personal effects and continue to lie without consequences, and the head of patient advocacy Stevie Sadama, said his priorities are to protect his employees not his patients. They have black balled me from all the hospitals my insurance covers and spilled my name with the ambulance companies and still face no consequences as lawyers say I have a strong case, but sadly will not make any money because of the 350k malpractice cap, so no one will take my case cause no money is in it for them, so I continue to suffer and not have hospital or ambulance available to me because of the acts of Henderson hospital and staff!

    I never received any service and was charged over $1200. I started feeling better while sitting in the ER and I signed a form that I was leaving against doctor's advice and I never received any care and yet I was charged. I would recommend choosing any other hospital instead of these horrible crooks.
