      We have rented a property form ll reality over11 years and since ****** took over we have had nothing but issues with her. She talks down to you. She made it very clear shes in it for the money. She makes dealing with them miserable. I would never recommend using them now that ****** took over.

      We put in an application for a rental at ***************** On the 15th of August, then on the 25th they told us we were approved but not allowed to sign a lease as the realtor wanted more application in to make a selected choice from a pile of application. This is a violation of the law known as the better housing act. These people need to be fined or punished by losing there realtors license. This is completely unacceptable and based on Biased opinions and acts of cruelity.

      1.Applicants put an application with our company for a property on **** ******** in ******. The applicants were never approved of for this property nor was a security deposit requested or a move in day given. 2.Our office refunded the applicants fees of $165.00 so they were not out of pocket for these fees. 3.The applications were reviewed by owner he decided he wanted to wait for further applications for this property.4.Our company does not work with first come first serve basis on rentals all applications must go thru the approval process. Our property managers verify information from not just the current landlord but also prior landlords criminal background checks verification of income verification of employment review of credit reports. 5.Property owners want to view multiple applications to make sure the future tenants are what they want.6.Owner had us remove the property from the rental list and website due to property not being ready. The landscaping needed to be completed window coverings for the interior and all utilities to be active.

      Outside of the death of my son this company was my biggest nightmare lived. They were my property management company before I moved to *******************, also located in *******, **. I never saw such incompetence with a company in all my life. Whether you are a renter or owner ******************* is the way to go if you want things to get done on either side of the fence.

      We put an application in to rent a house in ****** and the realtor ******************* came to my mothers house that she does not rent from them and told her that she had too many inscenses in the house. Friday i asked her if everything had gone theough ok and she told me that it had and she was just waiting to get a hold of the owner of the house. Today they denied our applications because she tried saying my mother wrote bad checks which was bull beacause my mother has never written checks!! She is very uproffesional and shouldn't been in this line of work!!!

      Our office was having delays getting information from the current property management company. I asked the applicant if I could come to visit the home, which I commonly do, to get a reference point of how the property is being cared for. The applicant agreed without hesitation. We set a time and I met her there. ************************* was also present, who is one of Co-Applicants. I performed a quick walkthrough and returned to the office.Upon arriving back to the office, I again reviewed all applications. I had also reviewed the rental history request that was received from the current property management company.After final review, the decision to decline their applications was made due to negative information found on their credit report and past due balance owed to a property management company.
