Mothers milk coop has promised me as a donor $1 per ounce donated through their milk donor program. Following extensive medical questionnaires, lab work, and donation of my milk, the company is in possession of my personal information, including tax info, social security, and medical information. I have donated a large amount of milk from 9/2020 to 2/2021 without any payment to date. I have documentation of $1268.87 pending payments which have not been sent to me. I have made over 20 calls and emails and had contact with Selina ****** on a handful of occasion. Most recently was told in January and then again in February that my payments were sent but they were not. Now they are not picking up the phone or responding to emails.

Desired Outcome

Payment of $1268.87

I am owed over $600 for the milk! My payment dates are months old and they have stopped responding to my emails. This is a scam they take you milk and sell it then give you the run around hoping you'll forget so they can keep it for free. Disgusting considering this company says founded by mothers. They should know how much work we put in to get that milk. I hope they get shut down and no one donates to these greedy people I'll make sure I let everyone I know they are a scam.

Desired Outcome

I want my money that I am owed from my services!

***Consumer filed a second complaint: I began making too much breastmilk so I started selling it to this Milkbank for $1 an ounce they take the first 100 ounces free. They have problems paying people. I finally received my first check and then they sent my 2nd well after having the check for over a week they tell me not to cash it. They put a stop payment on it and I was charged $12 they said they would pay the fee and now they have stopped responding to my emails. I just want my money that I am owed if you can't pay the people that keep you in business just shut down and stop taking peoples milk! ***Desired resolution: Sent me a check and then put a stop payment on the check I'm out the $300+ and I was charged $12.

I never received payment for the 2300 ounces of breastmilk I sent them. I started sending mothers milk breastmilk in May of 2020. I sent them 400 ounces. They claim to pay you $1 per ounce of milk. So my balance then was $400. They take $100 out for the cost of bloodwork, which is totally fine. So at this point I was at $300. In June I sent them another 1000 ounces. And then another 1000 ounces in July. This puts them owing me $2300. I was supposed to see my first check in August and my last check in October. I have yet to receive ANYTHING. I have sent them multiple emails but keep getting responses such as "our business is working hard to catchup", and " we are doing our best to get the payment out we are currently under construction". My favorite was this last email where they stated that the company is taking a 4-8 week break. This is where I drew the line. I understand 2020 was hard for everyone but don't accept my breastmilk that I worked really hard to pump and store if you aren't going to pay me for it. On top of all that I think they deleted my account when I threatened to take legal action against them. I have an email from them telling me my username and password and I have an image from the login page saying that my email does not exist and I will submit them both along with this complaint. They can't do this to people. It's not right.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be paid for the 2300 ounces of breastmilk that I sent to them.

I am owed $212.38 by this company - due to be paid to me on 8/14/2020. They have not paid me and stopped communicating with me regarding payment. This company advertises payment of $1 per ounce of breastmilk sent to them. I went through a rigorous screening process (blood draw, paperwork) in May/June of 2020 in order to ensure that the breastmilk being sent in was safe. I sent in a cooler of milk and was promised payment of $212.38, due to me on 8/14/2020. I have not been paid and have reached out multiple times regarding the status of payment. They have stopped communicating with me at this point.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking my full payment of $212.38.

I had issues receiving Milk Money for the breast milk I donated to the Business. I have not been able to reach them via email or phone. I have had issues with receiving Milk money on the breast milk that I donated to the company. I have emailed and also contacted the company via phone and I have not received a response. There was initially a delay in the first payment and I was able to contact them before with no issues. I was able to login to my account a few days ago to check my status, but now it is saying that my login information is not found. My donor account number is XXXXX. I shipped a total of 351.80 ounces on August 20, 2020 and my milk payment issue date was scheduled for November 20, 2020 in the amount of $351.80. I also shipped 350.91 oz of breast milk on October 8, 2020 and my milk payment issue date is scheduled for January 8, 2021 to receive $350.91. The only emails I have listed is ****@mothersmilk.coop and *******@mothersmilk.coop. I have sent emails to both of these addresses with no response. The phone number that I have called is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and I left a voicemail message with no call back.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking payment of my milk money on the breast milk that I donated to the company.

I am owed two large payments for breast milk provided. They are not answering to payment inquires that I have made. This company offers $1 per ounce for breast milk but fails to deliver or respond once they receive your milk. I am owed two large payments $303.97 Which was to be paid august 7, 2020 and $377 to be paid on September 4, 2020. I have sent several emails with little to no response. There is never a definitive answer to payment date. They seem to have several similar complaints which is very concerning. I am seeking payment for what was promised.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking payment for breast milk that passed testing as promised ($303.97 + $377).

I have donated over 2,000+ oz of breast milk since June 2020. I've not received any reimbursement ($1/oz) for any of my milk. Since June 2020, I have donated 2,319 ounces of breast milk. My first payment was due on 10/1/20, second payment due 10/30/20, third payment due 11/6/20, and forth payment due 11/27/20. I also have two additional payments coming due 12/25/20 and 1/22/21. I have not received a single check for my milk. I have sent the company several emails with no explanation as to why I haven't been paid. I have sent two recent emails and now no one is responding to me. I went to go log into my account and they changed their website and my password ** longer works. I started to realize the unprofessional practices a couple weeks ago, so I took screen shots of all my account information. I have screen shots showing dates of milk received, amount of milk received, passed testing, payment due date, etc. I also have all email correspondence from the company including confirmation receipt of my milk. After reading reviews, it appears this is a common problem with this company. Why hasn't anyone held this company accountable for what they promise their donors? They're making large profits selling our milk to hospitals and not paying their donors. If I don't receive a response and the payment owed to me ($2,319.65), I will escalate this matter. I will do whatever I need to do to hold this company accountable. I have done extensive research on this company and they have a lot of complaints about not paying donors and it needs to stop.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking payment for my breast milk. I've sent in 2,319 ounces of milk since June. I am owed 4 past checks and have 2 future checks coming due 12/25/20 and January 2021. I am owed payment from the company $2,319.65 and request this payment immediately.

They owe me over $5,200.00 and they have not made any pay out or attempted. I sent out my first shipment of breast milk on 06/03/2020 and have been shipping every since. I have donated over 5,470 ounces of milk. They are suppose to pay me $1.00 and ounce. I have not received any compensation. When I reach out to them they keep giving me excuses. They have a pending lawsuit and keep saying that is the reason they are delayed on payments. I asked them for a timeline so that I can receive my money and they continue to go around the question. I also sent them a box with over 300 ounces of milk and they have not logged my milk on the website with my other shipments for compensation. They only contact me via telephone concerning testing and shipments but they will not talk to me about compensation. I just want my money. My donor number is *********. I have made 17 shipment of milk. Only 16 shipments was logged at 5,056.71 ounces for $5,056.71 in compensation. I have 1 shipment that they have not logged that was over 300 ounces. This is starting to feel like a scam.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the money that I am owed. I provided a service and I would like to get paid. They cannot return my product so they should give me the money that they promised.

I registered for the Milk Money program with MMC, where breast milk donors are paid $1 per ounce donated. I am owed $4,003.40 which has not been paid. MMC offers a "Milk Money" program where they pay breast milk donors $1 per ounce that is donated and passes quality assurance screening. To date, I am missing $4,003.40 in payment from 11 separate, passing milk coolers. The first payment should have been issued to me on 06/05/2020 and the final payment on 10/23/20. First cooler of milk was sent to MMC on 03/05/2020 with 339.65 oz. 100 oz was subtracted, per policy, for the initial donor costs making my initial payment of $239.65 due on 06/05/2020. The company's policy is to delay payment for 3 months to ensure the donor milk passes quality standards. Additional coolers were sent containing 369.29 oz, 377 oz, 365.44 oz, 375.81 oz, 381.74 oz, 354.47 oz, 391.52 oz, 377.59 oz, and 371.96 oz. The final cooler of milk was sent to MMC on 07/22/2020 with 398.93 oz, making payment of $398.93 due by 10/23/2020. The total unpaid amount to date is $4,003.40. Beginning in August (August 31, 2020), I began to make email inquiries to MMC to request payments that were past due. I received a response on September 1 from Selina ****** with Customer Support that explained the organization was behind in payments, that mentioned a lawsuit the organization is currently engaged in, and was told she had contacted Accounts Payable and would have more information soon. I never received another message or response despite following up again on September 22 and October 27. I have all supporting documents, including donor paperwork, bylaws, donor log screenshots, and corresponding emails for reference.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking payment in full - $4,003.40.
