    I am writing to formally dispute the charges and address serious concerns regarding my recent stay at Quality Inn, ************, from September 26 to 28. I was informed that I would be charged $700 for stains on the carpet and bedsheets in my room. I find these charges to be *************** addition to the unjustified charges, I have been subjected to multiple forms of harassment, including threatening text messages, voicemails, and emails from a member of your staff. The individual responsible has made threats to sell my personal information and publicly post security camera footage of my license plate and my image on social media platforms, including ********, *******, and Instagram. These threats are not only unlawful but also an invasion of my privacy.The following actions are required to resolve this issue:Immediate removal of the $700 charge from my account. A full investigation into the harassment and threats made by your staff member. This behavior is unacceptable, and I would like a detailed explanation of how this will be addressed.Reassurance that my personal information and images will not be shared publicly. This includes any footage or photographs taken during my stay.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I trust this will be resolved swiftly.

    Good morning, hotel called guest, did not answer, then use cell phone to send sms   then she replied  with threatening language , is someone  damaged first hotel contact them  to confirm,  here she just complaint to BBB but she is not refusing the ******** reverse she complaint about charge$700.00  where did we charge/ hotel just inform her to pay.

    Is this tolerable? second she did not expose the dog , so we have to be  yes man for criminals? we have to block that room for two night , the man **** clean that room, the maid ***** ******* was the witness , she send the photos
