    We had a Coupon with Big O tire phone number and Address for ********** For an Oil change. They did Bait and switch. Charged up ***** for a ***** coupon for Oil change that states on coupon includes 5 qts oil Tire rotation preventative maintenance inspection ck air and Tire all for *****. called to complain corpi number and also Big O business. Owner said he s not responsible for sending out flyers. He said they are all franchise. We can't give you that deal. No body cares . I made a complaint at corporate and they said hey will look into it. This was done on 10/22/25. The manager said it's out if his hands as corporate mails these flyers out. They won't let you at corporate to talk to any one who makes decisions . It's only a call center . They need to stop sending False flyers out with the company and State address phone number if they don't honor the coupons. They are franchise not corporate. Corporate needs to quite sending these out. When they know full well. They won't honor ******* says in Flyer, No Flashy gimmicks, NO pushy Sales , ***************************** YOU CAN TRUST. YA RIGHT!!!!THATS SO DECEIVING. . This needs to Stop ASAP. Thank YOU. *** ****** **********

    Three different people have tried to contact Mr. ****** and he is nonresponsive. Customer had a full synthetic oil change on his vehicle; the coupon is for conventional oil change. The value of the coupon is ***** and that was applied to his invoice on the very first line. We have always valued all of our customers and would have been happy to work with him but if he will not return our calls then I cannot do any more for him.
