    I enrolled in this CDL program, I went one day, I had an family emergency and I called the office to ask for a refund full or prorated because I was not gonna be able to attend the school anymore, they said adviced no refunds,

    I am rejecting this response because: this goes against HIPPA law and privacy to send Medical documents that have my sons personal information. Which I will not submit and have my sons personal information in the open.

    02/06/25 I went to class one day from 8 to 5 and just drove one time. I was told there would be 3 students at a time and there were 15 They gave me a schedule for 5 days
    I wasn’t satisfied
    with so many students at a time I askeffor the money back and they said they don’t give refunds

    Hello good day.

    *** ******* did assist class on February 8 ,2025. When he signed up it was explained to him the return policy once he stared his CDL Course with King Driving Academy. Attached you can find that the return policy is very clear about the conditions.

    I ****** ******* signed a contract with King Driving Academy on 02-28-2024 to Get my CDL.
    I paid 3,600 (plus tax)
    My contract was for 4 weeks
    Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
    I completed everything I was required to have.
    I passed all My CDL testing I am required to pass.
    All I am waiting for is my Final Exam to be scheduled,The school can not give me a date .
    Every time I speak to the manager she tells me different days to check back with her. Every Day I check with the manager she is Telling me to check another day.
    My contract is up and I have no CDL final exam scheduled.
    I have recordings on the King Driving Academy manager telling me different days and times to check with her on my final exam date.
    I just want my final exam to be scheduled or my Money back.
    The school promises to Help students get A CDL And I have been given The run around on My final exam .
