    SterlingFreeman was contracted to find viable candidates for a job opening. A 100% refundable deposit was involved. The deposit was paid but after almost a year without one candidate being presented the contract was terminated in writing on March 16, 2025, and the deposit was to be refunded.

    SterlingFreeman was contracted to find viable candidates for a job opening. A 100% refundable deposit was involved. The deposit was paid but after almost a year without one candidate being presented the contract was terminated in writing on March 16, 2025, and the deposit was to be refunded. Claiming hardship they have not paid. Response to the complaint was that will pay as soon as able. Now refund has been do for over 6 months. I will need to escalate this.

    He retained the recruting services of SterlingFreeman and paid a fully refundable deposit of $2,995. We cancelled the contract and they claimed financial hardship and wanted to delay repayment of the deposit. This has gone on for over 9 months and I have het to receive the refund due.
