In October 2022, BBB checked the website advanced-portfolio.com to determine when it was created. The website information noted as created on January 3, 2022.

BBB made inquiries to Advanced Portfolio Development LLC via postal mail asking the following:
- Provide all operations addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and online listings for Advanced Portfolio Development LLC.
- Provide supporting documentation for their operation addresses.
- A list of services they offer.
- Details of any licensing Advanced Portfolio Development holds.
- Who does the work? (release of timeshare)
- The name and contact information for their attorney.
- Title Services- provide name, address and license for title company.
- Escrow Services- provide name, address and license for escrow company.
- Other costs a consumer could incur if they are able to relinquish their timeshare?
- Copy of refund policy and if they maintain an escrow account for future refunds?
- If they advise their clients to not contact the resort?
- Contact information for the person completing the request.
