    D&S Handyman Service provided a quote and subsequently, a contract, dated 9-11-23, and signed on 9-12-2023 for drywall patching and painting of three areas at my residence. The total cost to be $640.00 with half paid for parts and material of $320.00 up front. The check provided for $ 320.00 was cashed on 9/12/2023. A scheduled start date was set for 9/14/2023. He was a no show with no communication. This happened three more times, each time I had to call or text and he provided a new excuse each time. A request for a refund was also met with obligations that he did not honor. His business card (D&S Handyman Services 35 years of experience. Licensed and Bonded). The Contract indicates his address is 3006 3rd St NW Albuquerque NM 87107 Phone number 505 227-7222 and he also uses 505 677-4129.

    On Jan 5th I hired Davids construction services to build me a small home. While we were waiting for the paper work, I hired him to replace 3 skylights on my house. He received a check from me in the amount of $1390.00 on 1-9-23. He sent out an employee to do the work. the employee did the first 2 with out a problem. The 3rd skylight was slowly worked on over the next several weeks, without being fully completed. I reached out to the owner David G****** several times to see if someone would come out and complete, but all I got was excuses. I then suspected this company was possibly not legitimate, so I asked for his contractors license and insurance information. He never provided either. I had given him half of the money to build the house plus a check for overages in the amount of $26,400. I terminated our contract as he never provided credentials, and never came to finish the skylight . I have been trying for 5 months to get my money back, but have yet too. I just get excuses.
