    I was admitted to Kindred Hospital in January 2022 and discharge February 2022, I had a balance there after discharge and was set up to have automatic payments drafted for 12 months to be paid in full. It was paid in full in May 2023 but they continued to take another payment of $128.71 so my account does show an over payment. I have been trying to work with Kindred here locally with ***** in billing, ***** in accounting and ******* in administration since June of 2023. I was referred to there outside billing company her name is ***** I called her several times as well with no response. It is so very sad that they are quick to take a payment but will not return and overpayment. All I want is for this to be resolved and for them to mail me what is legally mine. Please respond to this so that this can be taken care of. I pray this does not happen to anyone else.
