    We started 29 Aug 2022. The job was to place laminate flooring in the entire house. There are several things that were broken or not fix. One thing that was broken was a sliding glass mirror door. Second, was a floor panel that was not put in correctly. I am requesting both areas to be fixed.

First and foremost, I want to apologize to MS ************ for not fulfilling the expectations with the job I performed. I completely understand how you feel about my work, and I am willing to make it right for you. I can assure you this can be resolved immediately. I can most definitely fix the lose floor panel and replace the broken glass mirror door. That is no problem at all. I really appreciate you bringing this problem up for me to correct it. We appreciate you and the time you gave us. Please let me know when a good time and date is to make these fixes for you. Again, thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely,
